Had an amazing stay at Falkners. Hansing was helpfull in all my queries. Great views.

Exceptional, loved every minute and would come back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful interior, very comfortable beds, fantastic shower and the sauna is simply wonderful after a cold day outside. The attention to detail is in every room. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, plenty of space and furniture comfortable to sit. Access very easy, underground parking, hosts available if needed, very caring and friendly. Dog friendly too. Views from apartment are fantastic. Neighborhood extremely quiet.

A great place to stay.

The apartment is amazing, very clean, spacious, modern and nicely decorated. It has two bedrooms, each bedroom has a toilet and a shower, which is very convenient when staying with kids. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, the equipment is new and very clean. There are two porches with great views. There are a washing machine and a dryer in the basement and also a playing room for kids. The location is also great, you can reach restaurants and supermarkets even on foot. You also get a summer card for your stay.

Simply a lovely place

The Flakners five was great , Hansjörg the owner that is also the mayor of oetz was nice and very halpfull. we took the big apartment it was fully new and Equipped with all you need , all brand new and keeped. the Apartment have 5 or 6 parking places under the building. we had sauna in room. we really enjoyed.

The owners were welcoming and accommodating. The apartment was large enough for 6 to feel very comfortable. I cooked all four nights and had everything I needed. The location was great, super close to lift and close to a grocery store.

I could have used a larger cutting board.

Wir waren zu fünft im Apartment 5 und es war wunderbar! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft ist neu und absolut perfekt sauber. Der Ausblick und die Sauna waren unsere Highlights. Die Lage ebenfalls optimal, da man von hier aus schnell überall hinkommt.

דירה מדהימה מרווחת מאוד בעיצוב מודרני ונקיה מאוד! האנס הבעלים של המתחם מאוד נגיש דאג לנו לכל דבר והיה מקסים ! היינו 5 לילות נהדרים בדירה . יש חניה של המקום וחדר משחקים חמוד למטה לילדים

במטבח יש הכל תנור וכיריים ומכונת קפה וטוסטר ומדיח וסירים וכלים גם תבלינים היו . הכל היה חוץ ממיקרוגל. שזה היה פחות נח אבל לא הרס את החוויה. ללא ספק כשנגיע שוב לאזור נחזור רק לכאן.

Een prachtig appartement in een rustig dorpje, op loopafstand van Ötz en de bergbahn, we hebben genoten, fantastisch en

Alles, maar dan ook echt alles was aanwezig in het huis. De badkamers waren prachtig met mooie customized glazen schuifwanden. In de keuken was er zout,peper,olie,koffie,bakpapier,aluminiumfolie,vuilniszakken,schoonmaakdoekjes,keukenpapier en ga zo maar door. Ook was het servies en alle andere kookgerei zeer compleet. 4 verschillende afvalbakjes om afval te scheiden beviel goed. Ook, en daar loop ik vaker tegen aan met 4 kinderen, waren er voldoende planken en vakken om even iets op te leggen, zoals je ipad,hoofdtelefoon,opladers,speelgoed en boodschapjes. De eettafel had een gezellige hoekbank, wederom zeer geschikt voor een groot gezin. Wij bleven 5 nachten in Falkners Five, maar wilden eigenlijk nog niet weg, zo fijn was het!

Aan de accommodatie is niks aan te merken, alleen waren de kinderen af en toe jaloers op het uitzicht van het mooie zwembad van het naastgelegen Habicher Hof 😉 .

Geweldig appartement, alles tot in de puntjes voorzien. Alleen maar genieten!

Falkners Five is de ultieme bestemming voor een gezinsuitje! Wij, en onze viervoeter, hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd en voorzien. Het verblijf heeft zeker iets extra toegevoegd aan ons verblijf in Oetz! Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

המיקום מצוין .הדירה שקטה ויחד עם זאת קרובה מאוד לעיירה אוץ. נהנינו לצאת כל ערב לטיולים רגליים מהדירה דרך היער אל גשר וולר, אגם הביכרסיי, אגם פיבורג ואוץ עצמה. הנוף מהדירה ומהמרפסות פשוט מקסים. הדירה חדשה, יפה, מאובזרת ונעימה מאוד לשהייה. בנוסף, מקבלים גם את כרטיס הקיץ של העמק.הבעלים אדיב, נחמד ומתחשב. היה לנו פשוט נהדר!

- sehr angenehmer Empfang am Tag der Anreise - Ausstattung hervorragend, es blieben keine Wünsche offen - egal ob bei Oma und Opa, oder auch für die Enkel, es ist an jeden mit einer super Qualität der Top-Ausstattung gedacht - mit der ersten Minute des Ankommens ist der Urlaub da - eben halt richtiger Urlaub - der Gastgeber Herr Falkner ist ein sehr angenehmer, bodenständiger und äußerst freundlicher Zeitgenosse - Falkners Five kann man sorglos weiterempfehlen, obwohl man selbst dann selbst das Risiko eingeht, bei nächsten Buchungsvorhaben, keinen Platz mehr zu bekommen 😉🤣
