Die Unterkunft war sauber, geräumig, modern und gemütlich ausgestattet. Das Elternschlafzimmer hat ein angeschlossenes Badezimmer. Für das zweite Schlafzimmer gibt es ein separates Badezimmer. Die im Haus dazugehörige Sauna, haben wir gerne genutzt. Der Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist perfekt. Genau gegenüber befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man alles findet, was man für den Alltag braucht. Die Bushaltestelle ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, das Freibad 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt an der Straße, und da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, bleibt nur das Öffnen der Fenster. Der Straßenlärm ist jedoch sehr laut, da ist die Hauptverkehrsstraße durch das Ötztal ist. Eine Waschmaschine wäre in der Ferienwohnung genial.
