Sabine is an amazing host and it is easy to get in touch with her if you need help or an advice. Haus Monika gives you easy access to entire Oetzal and the rooms are nice and clean.

Our apartment and balcony was placed just beside the mainroad in Oetz. It is no problem when the doors and windows are closed, but if you want to use the balcony it can be noisy. But I don’t think this is a problem with all the rooms at Haus Monika.

Great week in the Austrian mountains

The friendliness of the host and how helpful she was. Sabine was already expecting us and when we arrived she welcomed us and showed us the apartment which really has everything. Hair dryer, fridge with a freezer big enough for many ice cream packages, a bathroom with a warming heater, a flatscreen TV, a dining table with a bench and chairs, a balcony, a bedsofa and a double bed and enough cabinets for 4 people. In the cellar we had a room especially made for the visitors' skis and boards and shoes with heaters. All in all we had everything that we needed. This was our best accomodation so far in Oetz.

. great place, location. we got the otzal summer card that was usefull/ Sabine is great. full equipped kitchen laundry machine, ask for the middle room since the other rooms have the diagonal roof which was ok but bettr not to have it. Spar super market is very close. souveniours shops, bicycles' konditour and restaurants near by

Amaizing apartment in the center of Oetz

Everything was perfect! The room size is enough and fully equipped with everything you might need during your vacation, very new and clean. The location is excellent either to stay and enjoy the valley or to travel further to other destinations. There is a good parking behind the building even though booking.com says there is no parking. Highly recommend to stay in. Looking forward to visiting this wonderful place again!

A very clean, convenient apartment with everything you may need.

The apartment was really clean, had everything we needed for our stay (dishwasher, full kitchen, kitchenware, fridge), Everything was well maintained and looked new. The host was super kind and always available for questions. The checkin process was easy. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked really nice. The location is good, within short driving distance to all the main attractions in Otz valley.

The apartment building is right on the main road. Our room windows were facing the road, the cars passing by can be quite noisy (you won't hear them with the windows closed). If you are sensitive to noise ask a rearward facing room.

Wonderful facilities and wonderful hosts.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described, and our host Sabine was an absolute delight. The place has everything for a comfortable stay and is close to ski lift, shopping and restaurants.

Exceptional

We arrived hours early and it was no problem checking in. The hosts Monika and Sabina were super helpful and friendly. The apartment was in a great central location right next to the ski hire shop. The rooms were comfortable, very well equipped and clean. The breakfast was amazing! We requested a late checkout on our last day which again was no problem. I highly recommend this place!

Heerlijk en heel fijn, genieten en ontpsannen.

Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is heerlijk, echt genieten. Vanaf het balkon zie je het uitzichtspunt 'Kanzel', wij zijn er geweest en is een erg leuke en uitdagende wandeling met als beloning een schitterend uitzicht. De bedden liggen goed. Het zwembad en alle mogelijkheden om te loungen er omheen was echt super, wij hadden veelal een privé zwembad en tuin. En ik was erg blij met de mogelijkheid om geregeld een was te mogen draaien. De gastenkaart die inclusief is geeft een hele hoop mogelijkheden, ga vooral de bergen op en naar de roofvogelshow en de aqua dome. De gastvrouw is super vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. De supermarkten zijn beide op korte loop afstand. Alles bij de hand!
