Perfect Lermoos guesthouse!

The view from our room was AMAZING! (We had the "one bedroom balcony"). Stepping out of the apartment, you are immediately on a beautiful walking path surrounded by the scenery. There are 2 grocery stores nearby, and the kitchenette was great for heating or preparing simple meals. The owner was kind and available while at the same time giving us our privacy. There are hiking and fun excursions all around the area. We picked Lermoos and this guesthouse on a whim because we wanted to see Austria. It was our first time there and we didn't know what to expect, but it was wonderful! It reminded me of my homeland in British Columbia (Canada).

Feel like home with stunning balcony view😍

I highly recommend this apartment!! It is really comfortable, cosy and the kitchen is fully equipped. The dining room is big and spacious. The highlight of this apartment is the big balcony on the 2nd floor with a breathtaking view!!

Great view and location, with family friendly hosts that ensured we had everything we needed.

We stayed in a well appointed 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of space, large bedrooms, and an absolutely gorgeous view. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the host was friendly and available, and we had a great stay. There were games and toys available for kids, and the property was clearly family friendly. In the summer there are nearby playgrounds and endless fields for exploring, but in winter (during our visit) easy access to downhill and cross country skiing, winter rodlebahn, walking distance to restaurants, ski rentals etc. We hope to come back again soon.

I wish there was an oven, (for cooking a couple of things we brought with us), but the kitchen had everything else we could have needed. We also didn’t check ahead, so equally on us for that, and in general, it didn’t take away from our stay.

Exceptional

Amazing View, the view of the Living room and Kitchen is incredible, you are directly in front of the Zugspitze. The rooms are clean and big. Bathroom is very clean. Location is Top. Very close to all slopes of the Zugspitze. I would definitely go there again. The owners are so welcoming and nice.

The bed can be a bit harder :)

Fantastic view and location. The host (Gerda) is very welcoming, kind and nice.

Pillows could've been firmer. Blanket sheet material is not very comfortable and should be more modern.. There is no oven, but luckily there is a microwave.

The appartment is tidy and lovely.The balcony offers you a breathtaking mountain views. The location is very convenient,near to the shops,resto supermarket, etc. Gerda is fantastic host, she was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place .

Cudowne miejsce na zwiedzanie austriackiego Tyrolu

Super widok z okna i lokalizacja. Same pokoje dokładnie jak na zdjęciach. Przesympatyczna właścicielka i słój uzależnających cukierków na korytarzu.

Woda bardzo zmineralizowana (ale co kto woli). Patelnia woła o wymianę. Poza tym wspaniałe miejsce, godne polecenia.

Der sehr nette Empfang und die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieterin.

Es hat uns alles gefallen! Top wäre noch ein kleiner Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon für die wärmeren Tage. Kleinigkeit: Abfluß in der Dusche müsste mal wieder gereinigt werden.
