A safe, quiet place for families to feel relaxed

It is not a hotel. It is apartments owned by a good family. I thank Guido mothers very much Very friendly. The furniture is new. Everything you need is there, except for the iron and the washing machine. But you can wash and dry clothes in private facilities, 2 km away in the Gries area. The view of the village of Lermoos is very beautiful from the balcony of the apartment. There is a bus stop near the apartment, and they give you a guest card. You can use the bus and go anywhere, and near it is Sam’s restaurant. They are very good and their food is delicious. It is about a kilometer and 800 meters. Nearby is a supermarket There is an ATM near by and they don't bother you to pay for the appointment. pools parks near

New construction, beds were brand new but soft for me (I’m heavy and like a firm bed so this is a personal issue). Very clean and the reception lady was very nice (although no English). New apartment. Great location. Kitchen small but functional to include a small dishwasher.

My only big complaint is directions to the house were not good. It took us 30 minutes to find it, because there was no obvious number on the building (note, it is the big house across the street from Haus Montana, not behind Haus Montana as we were told when we called). Also, the entire apartment building is undergoing a full modernization and construction. As a result, the pictures online did not match the room we were given. The living room did not have a couch. It was just a dining room. We were expecting a living room. this was still OK, but if we were staying more than a weekend, we would have wanted a couch to relax in the evenings. The lady who met us was very, very, very nice and very sweet, but did not speak any English (the website said English was spoken). Construction was noisy, even on Sunday at 0900. When the construction is finished however, we would go back. It is a good value for money, a great location, a very nice lady (we speak enough German to survive), and a clean, nice apartment with a great shower and water pressure. We stayed while they were reconstructing, so I would not rate our stay as a 5, but still very good. My recommendation: Apartment owner, PLEASE give better directions and pictures of the building. Also, put a big number 24 on the building so people can see the number from the main road. Not finding the building easily was our only major complaint. All others were tolerable because we understand the construction noise. I strongly recommend staying there in the future. I would definitely go back!!!

Apartment is clean, functional and with good wifi. The owner is super helpful and kind. We could check in a little later. Excellent location. Reasonably priced. Absolutely no complaints. I would stay here again.

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern. gute Küchenausstattung, sehr gut beheizte Wohnung, Parkplatz vorhanden, Aufstiegsanlagen zu Fuß erreichbar, Fahrstuhl im Haus bis zum Skikeller, sehr schöner Skikeller mit Heizung für Skistiefel,

Wir hatten App. 6 (Daniel), um ins Bad zu gelangen muss man durch das eine Schlafzimmer gehen, in diesem Zimmer keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung, muss dann andere größere Schlafzimmer mit nutzen oder im Wohnraum die Kommode. War für uns unproblematisch.

Prachtig modern apartment van alle gemakken voorzien en een uitstekende ligging.

Mooie gemoderniseerde en zeer ruime appartementen. Schoon en voorzien van alle gemak. Uitstekend gelegen, op loopafstand van alles wat je nodig hebt. Geen hotelfunctie, dus wel zelf details regelen/meenemen zoals thee, koffie, doucheschuim etc. De SPAR is op loopafstand.

Volg vanuit Duitsland (Reutte) niet de navigatie, maar sla rechtsaf op de Kirchplatze in Lermoos en weer links bij de kapel. Dan kom je veel beter uit met de auto.

Mooi appartement op een goede plek

Goede plek, vlakbij de skilift en apreskibar. Nette slaapkamers en goede slaapbank

De douche in het bad zonder dat je de douche kon ophangen vonden we onhandig. Ook 1 wc in de badkamer vonden we niet echt handig met 5 personen. Maar was ons wel van te voren vermeld.

Die FeWo war sehr geräumig, sauber und vieles sehr neu. Küchenausstattung - alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Die Lage war für uns ideal.

Leider hatten wir nur eine Badewanne ohne Duschabtrennung. Diese soll aber lt. Vermieter noch folgen.

L'appartamento ha superato le mie aspettative .

La proprietaria è stata molto gentile . L'appartamento spazioso, pulitissimo , cucina moderna completa di lavastoviglie. Letto comodo . Appartamento silenzioso. Piccolo terrazzo con vista della montagna ed anche un piccolo tavolo per fare colazione all esterno . Bagno spazioso con una bel box doccia.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war sehr gut Backofen und Spülmaschine top. Die Betten sehr weich

Wir waren im Juli da und die Temperaturen sanken auf 13° in der Woche. In der Wohnung war es kalt und feucht. In der Wohnung war nur eine Badewanne. Duschen war nicht möglich, weil es keinen Duschvorhang gab und die Brause auch nicht in der entsprechenden Höhe befestigt werden konnte. Die Küchenausstattung ist für Selbstversorger sehr dürftig die notwendigsten Sachen, zum Beispiel ein Schneidebrett, Messbecher oder Karaffe, haben wir von dem freundlichen Personal ohne Probleme erhalten. Da wir hier einen Wanderurlaub verbracht haben und häufig den Regen ausgesetzt waren, hat mir ein Wäscheständer sehr gefehlt. Diesen habe ich von dem Personal persönlich bekommen.

Schöne Lage mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und verfügt über eine gute Grundausstattung. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
