Great value apartment with some caveats. Need to align expectations

The apartment was in the central square of the village, so the location was fantastic. It was exceptionally spacious, beds were comfortable and the kitchen and dining area were well equipped, spacious and useful. Having 2 bathrooms was also very useful, and overall we felt at home.

The terrace was shared, and on occasion we had strangers directly outside our windows. We refrained from using the terrace due to this issue, which is a shame as the terrace has beautiful furnishings and the view is spectacular. The bathrooms need renovation. Showers had poor fittings, and this degraded from the experience.

Too noisy for family with kids and elderly people

The apartment we booked had a good equipped kitchen. Although was on the second floor but had an elevator. Ehrwald is a lovely village with mountains surrounding. Perfect for walking, hiking, mountaineering. Tasty ice cream just below the apartment.

We booked the apartment for 6 people. Main bedroom and room with bunk bed were good, but the second bedroom was very small (even don't have a passage from one of the bed sides) and the bed itself was very small. Also this bedroom didn't have a door... Moreover, you don't have sound isolation, you can hear everything what happens in neighbor apartment. Noisy in the nights from the street.

Central, spacious and loud

The apartmant is centrally located and very spacious.

It is very loud, so we couldnt sleep several nights. You hear noise from the restaurant downstairs, very loud chruch bell, town parties, etc. Beds are small for such a big apartment. Balcony is not very cosy (you are in the city center literally) and not fully private as staff can reach out the balcony as well from the office.

Convenience location with a beautiful view

Very clean, comfortable and loved the kitchen and dining room! The staffs were all nice and we loved the Italian restaurant.

There is an Italian restaurant(very tasty!!) under the apartment so it could be a little noisy until around 11pm but it’s ok if you don’t mind the noise. :)

Het appartement ligt midden in het centrum . Voor de deur de opstap plaats van de bus voor de skigebieden top👍

De afvoer van het restaurant staat op het dak. Op de bovenste verdieping ruik je dat erg goed

Jammer dat ze niet meer doen aan gastvrijheid het kan zoveel beter.

Ruim appartement voor twee personen

Het was er ontzettend warm ondanks dat we alle radiatoren dicht gedaan hadden, wij werden elke ochtend wakker met een doorweekt T shirt . Er was geen mogelijkheid om zelf iets aan schoonmaak te doen, er ontbrak een bezem of stofzuiger. Je kan tussendoor laten schoonmaken voor 30€ ook voor elke schone handdoek moet betaald worden. Ook in de keuken ontbreekt het nodige een oven is prettig maar zonder ovenschalen kun je verder niets. Twee pannen en een steelpan is ook niet voldoende . Verder was het allemaal nogal onpersoonlijk niemand vraagt hoe je verblijf is de rekening vind je achter de knop van de voordeur.

Tolle Lage - mitten im ❤️ von Ehrwald!!!

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super. Das im Haus ein Restaurant - Italiener ist, ist auch klasse. Die Skipisten sind gleich um die Ecke, auch die Skiverleihe sind gleich ums Eck und auch der Supermarkt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die FeWo Nr.5 ist ohne Balkon und die Einrichtung schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Schlafcouch ist nicht mehr so ansehnlich. Es fehlt an einer Abzugshaube in der Küche.

Eine tolle und große Ferienwohnung, mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Berge. Sogar aus dem Bett heraus, erwacht man mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Wettersteingebirge. Die Möglichkeit sich leckeres italienisches Essen aus dem Hausrestaurant auf das Zimmer liefern zu lassen, ist natürlich noch ein tolles Extra.

Die Parkplatzsituation rund um die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr toll und die großen Kastanienbäume haben auf unserem Autodach leider ein paar "Andenken" hinterlassen.

Prima Lage in Ehrwald. Großes Appartement mit sehr bequemen Betten. Der Balkon hat eine tolle Aussicht und lädt zum verweilen am Abend ein.

Die Vorhänge konnten die Schlafzimmer nur mäßig abdunkeln.

Tolle Lage im Zentrum von Ehrwald, sehr geräumiges perfekt ausgestattetes Appartement mit großem Balkon, Blick auf die Zugspitze und Sonnenspitze. Die Möbel sind sehr stilvoll, neuwertig, bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche. Perfekte Wohnung für Familien mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Tür, so dass man mit dem Bus alle relevanten Ausflugsziele erreichen kann.

Dass der Aufenthalt so schnell vorbei war.

Super zentrale Lage, sehr moderne Ferienwohnung mit einem wunderschönen Balkon. Der Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge ist atemberaubend.

Die Decken sind leider etwas hellhörig und die Zimmer kann man nicht vollständig abdunkeln.
