Beautiful apartment to discover the Austrian mountains

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was equipped with everything that is needed. The host was exceptional. The location was great, near by the skilift and beautiful hiking trails.

There is warm water in the bathtub but not really hot.

Simone was a very welcoming host! He showed us round our apartment (top floor) and it was very spacious. Great amenities as we cooked a couple of nights and didn't have any issues. The place is so lovely, with great artwork where you can see how well travelled the family is. Great location and thoroughly enjoyed watching the cows get moved to new pastures each morning! Comfortable beds and powerful shower & hot bath!! Local supermarkets nearby very handy. Amazing views from every room and lovely to access balcony from any rooms.

It wasn’t clean enough, we had no hairdryer on site (had to ask for one which we got too late), checkout was as early as 9 am which has put a lot of stress on us while on vacation and trying to enjoy our time.

A beautiful and peaceful home away from

The location was absolutely stunning. The views made this place such a calm and peaceful environment. A perfect spot for easy hikes or a short drive to any of the main attractions. The king bed was extremely comfortable, as well as the twin in the living room. We loved having a kitchen to cook meals and enjoy them On the porch. We loved that it was dog friendly and Simon was a perfect host and quick to get us anything we needed or to answer a question. We are already planning to come back!

The only negative thing would be that it does take a while for the shower/bath water to get warm, but we were expecting that from Previous reviews.

Great place and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Simon was a great host who addressed any concerns we had immediately. He waited for us outside as we arrived late in the evening and welcomed us with keys and a brief tour. We had a very enjoyable stay, the location was fantastic, and we will absolutely consider returning for future visits.

There is one bed in the main room with a large sitting area in the living room. This is the extra bed and was able to accommodate a full grown man, but we had initially thought there was a pull out couch. Nevermind - we had a great stay, and in the warmer months, one could easily stay in the "winter garden" room attached to the main bedroom as well.

Mooie studio op een prachtige plek aan de rand van Ehrwald met goede busverbindingen

Ruime studio voor 2 personen met keuken met eettafel, slaapkamer en badkamer. Ligging aan de rand van Ehrwald met mooi uitzicht over het dorp en het dal. Op loopafstand van de skilift van het Wetterstein skigebied dat verbonden is met de pistes tot in het dorp. Bij de skilift ligt ook het goede Panorama restaurant. Op een paar minuten lopen ligt ook de bushalte waar de bus je in een kwartiertje naar de Ehrwalder Alm skilift brengt.

Perfekte Unterkunft für 2 Personen für ein paar Tage abschalten im Winterurlaub

Nah am Skibus und fußläufig zum Dorf sowie Winterwanderwegen gelegen, offene und helle Räumlichkeiten, großzügige Küche, tolle große Veranda. Der Parkplatz war kostenlos direkt am Haus. Der Vermieter war stets erreichbar, hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der Vorort ist und bei Fragen oder Problemen erreichbar ist. Sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel. Sehr geräumiges Loft. Große offene Küche, die allerdings nur das Nötigste an Ausstattung hat. War für uns (3 Personen) aber auch völlig ausreichend.

Das WLAN ist nicht das Beste. Aber im Urlaub auch kein Problem...

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Ferienwohnung blitzsauber, in der Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht. Incl. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher. Herd, Backofen alles sehr sauber und alles hat funktioniert. Schneeschuhtour war inclusive. Sehr professionell und auf unsere Bedürfnisse ausgerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Hund war auch willkommen. Parkplatz am Haus. Gute busanbindung zum skifahren und zur Zugspitze.

Peggior soggiorno della nostra vita e anche ⚠️ ☢️. Per fortuna che sono riuscita a mantenere la calma nonostante affront

Buongiorno a tutti, innanzitutto vorrei dire che è stato il peggior soggiorno della nostra vita. Arrivati alle 18 perché prima non era possibile accedere nella struttura il signor Simone insieme alla sua madre ,non voleva far entrare a mia figlia per esigenze prima di pagare la soma di 90€ essendo lei la terza persona e far vedere i passaporti. Abbiamo spiegato che essendo cittadini italiani non avevano bisogna dei passaporti . In un finale pagando oltre il prezzo iniziale altro 90€ siamo riuscita ad entrare in un andito dove era posizionato 2 letti (tengo a precisare che non era una stanza ma un andito ) . Mia figlia anche con gravi problemi di autismo era spaventata da questo signore che ha usato ad alzare la voce insieme alla signora , questo sicuramente perché non era una figura maschile con noi ... mi sto chiedendo perché Booking tolera un comportamento simile e pericoloso ☢️. Perché Po affittare un andito ? Voleva mandarci via in piena notte con una bambina autistica . Sono rimasta nelle struttura perché eravamo isolati dal mondo perché era il 27 dicembre e non potevamo spostarci per esigenze di salute della bambina . Quel soggiorno in montagna è stato trasformato in un incubo di tre notti . Di giorno spegneva il riscaldamento quindi eravamo a 15 gradi e fuori -7 ...consiglio vivamente di andare nei alberghi dove le cose si possono sistemare, dove non siete mandati via in piena notte e soprattutto per motivi di sicurezza . Attenzione alle mamme che viaggiano solo con i figli !

La struttura non era una stanza normale ma un andito , un corridoio con 2 letti . Pessima ed isolata .

Es war sehr sauber, freundlich und angenehm ruhig. Diese Ferienwohnung ist für Familien, Paare und auch Hundebesitzer die perfekte Wahl. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und rundum wohl. Draußen gibt es schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten und einen tollen, naturbelassenen Garten. Besonders die persönlichen Akzente der Gastgeberfamilie machen es sehr gemütlich. Unsere Wohnung mit Hunden war groß und geräumig. Es gibt viel Platz und Gemütlichkeit, gleichzeitig aber auch genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, sodass jeder Privatsphäre hat. Bei Fragen oder Problemen ist die liebe Hausmutter sofort zur Stelle und hilft gerne weiter. Die Lage ist ideal: direkt am Wald mit schönen Wanderwegen. Im Ort gibt es einen Spar-Markt, den man für sportliche sogar zu Fuß erreichen kann. Besonders praktisch: Man bekommt von der Unterkunft sogar per Mail Informationen und Rabatte für Ausflüge zugeschickt, z. B. für die Fahrt zur Zugspitze. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich jedem empfehlen und möchten auch gerne wiederkommen. Selbst unsere Hunde haben sich so wohl gefühlt, dass sie dachten, sie wären zu Hause.

Es gab zwar keine eigene Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, was für uns aber kein Problem war, da die Gastgeberin uns mehrfach angeboten hat, ihre Waschmaschine mitzubenutzen oder die Wäsche sogar für uns zu waschen – ein wirklich toller Service! Ein Staubsauger wäre wegen der Hundehaare praktisch gewesen. Wir haben zwei sehr haarende Hunde und es war uns etwas unangenehm, alles so zu hinterlassen. Aber wir sind sicher, dass wir auf Nachfrage sofort einen Staubsauger bekommen hätten. Für Gäste, die gerne viel fernsehen, gibt es nicht sehr viele Programme. Mit einem eigenen Gerät und HDMI-Kabel lässt sich das jedoch leicht lösen. Alles in allem waren das aber absolute Luxusprobleme, die unseren Aufenthalt in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt haben.

Un séjour parfait

Tout... Très bel appartement, vaste, lumineux, bien décoré et équipé. Bien situé dans un très bel environnement et Ehrwald est un beau bourg très agréable. Balcon avec très belle vue. Propriétaire disponible et très réactif. Parking devant la maison.

Cela ne nous a pas gênées mais il faut le savoir : appartement au 1er étage (escalier) un peu loin de la ville si l'on n'a pas de voiture

Ganz tolle Ferienwohnung

Tolle Wohnung, alles da was man braucht. Sehr nette Gastgeber und alles sehr sauber und liebevoll gepflegt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt, vorallem der riesige Balkon mit den tollen Ausblick. Wahnsinnig schön.
