Nice and clean apartment, close to kinderland and Family Jet

Really close to the slopes (Family Jet is 5 mins walking). Clean and looking new. Very good shower. The sauna and the mini pool were also nice to use.

In the first day it was quite cold in the appartment. Next days it got better but really warm I can’t say. Also a weird thing, we had appartment no 5, looking directly at the hotel and the restaurant across the street. Which means people from the restaurant also look directly in the bedroom and the living. During the day if you want to change or get out of the shower, you need to completely close the curtains. Inwould find an intermediate solution for some privacy during the day…

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit tollem Zugspitzblick mit leichten Schwächen.

Fantastischer Blick auf die Zugspitze, tolle Lage - sehr nah zum Skilift/ zur Skischule-, sehr bequeme Betten. Schöne und moderne Einrichtung. Kleiner Wellnessbereich mit einer Sauna, Dampfbad und einem großen Whirlpool. Trotz Hauptsaison waren wir oft allein dort oder mit nur einer weiteren Familie. Sehr angenehme weitere Gäste- wir hatten keine störenden Geräusche aus den anderen Wohnung. Kleine, feine Wohneinheit mit nur 12 Appartements.

Das Bad im Appartement 4 zumindest ist wirklich winzig. Man kann sich zwischen Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken kaum bewegen. Das passt nicht zur großzügig geschnittenen Wohnung mit ansonsten sehr viel Platz. Zu Dritt morgens schlicht eine Katastrophe. Der Skikeller ist viel zu klein( das Haus war vollbelegt, alle Kids mussten zur gleichen Zeit zur Skischule). Er liegt wirklich im Keller und damit unvorteilhaft. Man muss eine durch Schneematsch sehr glatte Treppe laufen und die Türen mit der Zimmerkarte öffnen mit den Ski/Stöcken/Kindern beladen. Vor allem gibt es einen weiteren sehr viel größeren Raum ebenerdig links neben der Rezeption, der offensichtlich auch als Skiraum vorbereitet, aber scheinbar nicht genutzt wurde. Das wäre eine sinnvolle und leicht umsetzbare Anregung für eine kinderfreundlichere Lösung.

Super moderne Wohnung, ganz toll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Bequeme Betten, sehr saubere Betten. Lage war perfekt für den Start einiger Ausflüge, Nähe zum Supermarkt und zu Restaurants

Heel mooi appartement met 2 badkamers en een enorm balkon. Uitzicht op de mooie bergen en alles keurig schoon. Welnes faciliteiten zijn een leuke extra en de ligging is wat ons betreft top. Genoeg restaurantjes in de buurt en wandel mogelijkheden.

Bedden waren erg hard en inchecken ging wat moeizaam.

Fantastyczna aranżacja i rozkład apartamentu. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Wyposażenie na wysokim poziomie. Niestety do dłuższych pobytów przydała by się pralka. Apartament pozwala komfortowo mieszkać w 6 osób! Po każdej wycieczce niezapomniany chillout na tarasie z ogródkiem będzie niezapomniany!

Ohne Schnee (wir waren dort im April), ist Lermoos ziemlich langweilig. Man muss immer nach/um Garmisch fahren um von dort aus etwas zu unternehmen. Dafür ist der Preis zu hoch.

Leider gab es von anderen Mietern immer wieder Beschwerden, wir wären zu laut. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 15 Leuten, die weder getrunken haben noch Partys gefeiert haben, wir hatten einfach nur Spaß. Sorry aber wer geht den im Urlaub um 20 Uhr ins Bett?? Der Whirlpoolbereich war schön aber auch da, wenn die ganze Gruppe unten war, gab es Beschwerden. Die Unterkunft liegt noch halb an einer Baustelle, dennoch fanden wir alles wirklich super gemacht und kommen gerne wieder. Die Gastgeberin war auch sehr nett.
