The apartment was good, but the smoke and smell from inside and outside was terrible.

The apartment itself was good and clean.

The host was smoking all the time inside the building. Everything smelt very bad. The smoke was coming to the apartment through the corridors and bathroom vent. If you open the window then you get fried food smells from the restaurant below.

Perfect place for your vacation in the Zugspitze area

- Host very friendly and communicative. - Rooms are clean and well equipped, comfortable for a stay for several days. - You can have your breakfast or beer while enjoying the beautiful mountain view from the balcony. Bonus: There is a very good restaurant on the ground floor (serves one of the best Schweinshaxe we have ever tried; has also a small bar running until 11 pm)! Therefore perfect location!

- Rooms are perfect for 2 persons, but not quite big enough for 4 or 5 persons. However, still acceptable regarding the price we have paid.

Exceptional

The rooms were very nice and clean. We love the old and traditional touch of it. Very Austrian vibe 😍. The owner also was very conversant to us and he made us feel at home. He also gave tips as to how to navigate Lermoss and Zupspitze which is just around the corner. The hotel has a wonderful backdraft of mountains and great traditional houses.

Weekend Visit

Great location about 20-30 min drive to anywhere tourist site. Apartment was perfect. You can bring food and use the kitchen. The town also has tons of restaurants. The balcony is huge and had amazing views. You can sit and eat and drink.

Overall very good. Beautiful location. Nice, friendly staffs, very good restaurant at ground floor. Also friendly people who provided customised menu for us. I liked the location the most. The Haus is maintained clean with all necessary stuff's. I would strongly recommend this Haus.

There are cars on the road and one could hear the noise. That's the only disturbing thing. But I can't complaint this.

Mooie omgeving waar het hotel staat. Ruime nette schone kamer. Faciliteiten dichtbij zoals Restaurants en supermarkt. Liften op loopafstand.

Aankomst tijd was bekend maar was niemand aanwezig. Na telefonisch contact ook nog tijd gewacht. Na tijdje kwam er iemand uit het hotel voor de ontvangst. Wees de richting waar de kamer was, liep niet mee voor uitleg. Tijdens verblijf ook niemand gezien.

Tolles Hotel eigentlich Ferienwohnung, super Lage toller Service,, Frühstück wurde gebracht es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Resteraunt Bauerstüble kann man nur empfehlen aber man muss reservieren. Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder. Danke:)

Rundum zufrieden und bestens versorgt.

Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren perfekt, der Frühstücks-Service hervorragend. Alle Wünsche wurden großzügig erfüllt. Eine große Terrasse war vorhanden und ein Teil davon auch bei Regen nutzbar. Die Einrichtung war modern, neuwertig, mit sehr ansprechender Raumdekoration. Neuwertiges Bad und Toilette, Küchenausstattung war ebenfalls gut.

Es gab nichts, was nicht gut war. Dass kein Aufzug zum 1. Stock vorhanden war, wusste ich vorher.

- bardzo fajnie wyposażony aneks kuchenny, - świetna lokalizacja na wypady w góry, w tym na stronę niemiecką, - blisko do sklepu, - dość spore porcje śniadaniowe przynoszone do pokoju na wskazaną godzinę, - osobna łazienka i toaleta, - taras z widokiem na góry,

- brzydki zapach z restauracji, która jest na parterze, - głośno od ulicy, - w ofercie na 5 osób mieliśmy dostać pokój z 2 sofami. Jedna z nich okazała się łóżkiem polowym (dostawką).
