The location is excellent, right in the city center, close to a bus stop and shops - just perfect. It’s also convenient that there is a good restaurant on the bottom floor. The apartment was spacious with plenty of storage room, big shower, decently equipped kitchen and a balcony with a great view.

The apartment has no AC or any kind of ventilation. We came in mid August and experienced 30°C on a daily basis and the apartment would get so hot that even with windows closed and blinds shut it was still unbearable. It was also hard to sleep because the apartment would get so hot during the day that it took very long to cool it once it got colder outside. We also couldn’t leave the windows wide open for the night because the balconies are connected and someone could enter our room if we did that. I wouldn’t blame that on the owners, I think it’s not common for this area to get temperatures this high, and therefore there was no reason to get AC. However, if you are coming in the summer I would definitely look for an apartment with AC. When we arrived we had no dish soap or sponge and like 3 paper towel sheets left on the roll so we asked for a restock. An employee came to restock it during our absence and when we came back in the evening after many hours, the doors to our apartment were not locked. Thankfully nothing was stolen, but this was very irresponsible and could have ended much worse.
