Lovely stay and close to the slopes!

Location was a quick walk to Lermoos. Parking right next to Montana Haus. The apartment was clean and had all we needed for a weekend stay!

We were cold even with the radiators set to high. They were not producing much heat. I’m glad we brought extra blankets from home!

Location is PERFECT for skiing Lermoos and/or taking a short drive to the other ski areas such as Ehrwald (12 min by car). Also walkable to various restaurants as well as rental stores for equipment. The grocer is a little longer of a walk, but an easy drive.

One bathroom makes the morning and evenings tricky, so not having another 1/2 bathroom option was one downside (there are basically no negatives to this property as this was all very clear prior to staying there)

Absolute perfection.

Erika is a phenomenal host, who loves her property and the town. She knows everyone and knows exactly what you should do. She’ll give you the best tips and tricks of the village, tell you where to eat, and her favorite slopes. She’s delightful with kids, and just a joy to talk to! The bread from the bakery is delicious. And the apartment itself is fantastic!

A delightful place to stay!

Beautiful house with several letting rooms. Our room was a good size, with high quality fitments and soft furnishings. The host was such a vibrant, helpful lady. Fresh bread delivered daily. Picked up and dropped back to railway station. Wonderful location.

Perfect apartment in an epic location with stunning views and the most welcoming hostess.

The hostess, Erika, is an amazing person – among the most welcoming and kind hosts we’ve met in many years of traveling in this region. The location is epic, surrounded by forests and mountains, with all attractions (like the Zugspitze Arena) just a short drive away. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. Sleep quality was outstanding thanks to the very comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is free parking available on site, and two large supermarkets are located nearby. The view from the balcony is simply exceptional

Excellent accomodation with very attentive hosts

Excellent hosts who were exceptionally kind and helpful. They even picked us up and dropped us off at the station.

No fault of the hotel but due to the exceptionally hot weather the hotel was very warm and it was difficult to sleep. This would likely apply to all accomodation in the area though and that's the sad reality of climate change.

Donkere bunker. Alleen geschikt voor 2 volwassen en kleine kinderen.

De ligging van het appartementencomplex.

Geen verwarming in de badkamer en woonkamer, Geen woonkamer (houten bank). Derde, vierde een vijfde bed zijn geen volwaardig bed maar alleen geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Dit wordt niet vermeld en je moet wel betalen voor normaal bed. Uitzicht op verwaarloosde achtertuin met auto's. Geen privacy. Kookplaat wordt niet warm genoeg. Vlees gaat koken ipv bakken.

Geweldige accommodatie en voortreffelijke service!

De gastvrijheid van het personeel was voortreffelijk. Bij aankomst werd er gevraagd wat we wilde doen tijdens ons verblijf. Na aangegeven te hebben wat we wilde bezoeken kwam de gastvrouw met allemaal tips en hoe we voordeliger deze activiteiten konden doen. Buiten dat was de kamer ook fantastisch.

Wij verbleven hier langer dan een week. Tijdens je verblijf is er geen dagelijkse housekeeping. Wat erin resulteerd dat je de vieze handdoeken moet afgeven bij de receptie en dan vervolgens de schonen mee terug krijgt. Stel bijvoorbeeld ook voor dat wanneer je er 2 weken verblijft dat je bed dan ook niet verschoont wordt. Ook was er een fantastische vers broodservice. Elke ochtend vers brood is een absolute luxe! Echter werd ik bij het uitchecken wel verrast door een rekening. Wanneer je de broodjes besteld worden de prijzen niet weergegeven. Ook is het een service die aangeboden wordt zonder dat er bij vermeld wordt dat het wel een betaalde service is. Al met al mocht dit de pret niet drukken en was ons verblijf heerlijk.

Heerlijke skivakantie in een gezellig dorp met ontzettend gastvrije mensen.

Mevrouw Mott is ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Er staat ook een tafel met perp, zout, koffie etc. voor als je die vergeten betn mee te nemen. Er is een broodjesservice van de bakker en de gastvrouw hangt die iedere ochtend in een tasje aan de deur. De kelder met opslag voor skispullen is heel handig.

Ons appartement had niet echt een zithoek. Wel 2 fijne stoelen en een tafel met zo'n typische Oostenrijkse houten bank. Voor een week is dat op zich prima.

Es war toll!

Die Lage des Haus Montana ist wunderbar in diesem schönen Örtchen Lermoos, umgeben von einer beeindruckenden Berg-Kulisse. Es gibt mehrere Möglichkeiten, auf die Piste zu kommen: der fußläufige Hochmoos-Express (Sessellift) oder die Grubigsteinbahn (2 Min. mit dem Auto). Perfekt! Aber am beeindruckendsten ist die Unterkunft selbst. Man spürt hier vom ersten Moment an die Herzlichkeit, die drinnen steckt. Das beginnt im persönlichen Empfang durch Frau Mott, der liebenswürdig und sympathischer nicht sein könnte, über die wirklich schöne Ausstattung der Appartements bis hin zu tollen Service-Angeboten, wie der Brötchen-Serive oder das Bereitstellen von Gewürzen, Essig/Öl etc.. Hier macht sich jemand wirklich Gedanken und das lässt einen rundum wohl fühlen! Wir waren nur zwei Nächte dort, würden aber das nächste Mal seeeehhhhr gerne länger bleiben. Das Haus Montana ist wirklich zu empfehlen!

Da muss ich schon überlegen.... aber wenn man etwas verbessern könnte: Es hätte gerne mehr Besteck geben können. Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung und da waren schnell die Löffel / Messer aus. Ich bin mir aber sicher, dass, wenn wir etwas gesagt hätten, das ruckzuck geregelt worden wäre. Wir kamen aber auch so zurecht. Jammern auf ganz, ganz hohem Niveau. Es war alles super!
