Clean and well equipped but customer service was disappointing.

A great apartment amidst Alps
The apartment was very clean and felt like home amidst beautiful landscape. The view from the balcony was worth the money spent. The apartment had all listed amenities and was perfect for a few days stay. The kitchen was great where we cooked a few meals. I highly recommend the apartment.
A minor point: The TV although is a smart TV, for some reason, the HDMI ports were disabled and we couldn't connect our chromecast to it. But it wasn't a big deal for us.

Very nice accomodation, would recommend
The apartament was very well equiped with everything you needed for cooking, had a generous space, and was very clean. The location was also very nice, with a beautiful view of the mountain right out the window. Also, the accomodation had a large parking lot and the location was very close to Solden, for those interested in winter sports.
The only thing that I didn't like was that we were provided with only 2 towels per person, one big and one small, and for 7 nights of accomodation, that wasn't enough, and we didn't have a washing machine so that we can wash them

Het perfecte verblijf voor een wintersportvakantie!
De accommodatie is schoon met een uitroepteken! Ik vind dit zo waardevol, dit zie je maar zelden! Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een wintersport vakantie is aanwezig. Veel kastruimte, we konden makkelijk alle spullen kwijt voor 2 volw. en een kind en er was nog ruimte om over. Er is een skikelder met schoenwarmers aanwezig, werkt perfect. Contact met de verhuurder is aangenaam en er wordt snel en vriendelijk gereageerd op vragen. Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Ötztal top, Wetter mittelmässig, Vermieter schwach
Die Wohnung war relativ neu, sehr sauber und in zeitgemässem Baustile, ruhig trotz der anderen ca. 5 weiteren belegten Wohnungen im Hause. Sicht auf die Berge. Tumpen ist ein sehr kleines und ruhiges Dorf, trotz dem dass es direkt an der 186 liegt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge/Wanderungen im Ötztal.
Trotz der vorab angemeldeten Check-In Zeit war weder eine Person vor Ort noch war der Schlüssel im Key Safe hinterlegt. So musste nach unserem Telefonat die Vermieterin mit dem Kleinkind anreisen. Der Empfang war Kühl und die Schlüsselübergabe sehr kurz. Nach dem Betreten der Wohnung sahen wir, dass es kein Wohnzimmer hatte! In der Ausschreibung stand: Die Wohnung verfügt über Schlafzimmer, Wohnbereich, Küche und Badezimmer! In der Ausschreibung war auf den Fotos auch ein Sofa, dies stand jedoch eine Etage tiefer, neben der Hauseingangstüre! Somit war der Mietpreis für die Wohnung OHNE Wohnzimmer zu hoch. Da wir 2 Wochen gebucht hatten, fragte ich auch nach dem Wechsel von der Wäsche. Leider kamen auf die E-Mail Anfragen nie Antworten. Eines Tages nach unserer Rückkehr in die Wohnung, lagen ohne Voranmeldung neue Frottiertücher in der Wohnung. Betreten einer Mietwohnung ohne Voranmeldung ist ein absolutes No-Go! Hier gibt es sicherlich Verbesserungspotential, viel Erfolg! Sorry für diese Bewertung, jedoch sind wir vielbucher von Ferienwohnungen und haben so einen guten Vergleich der verschiedenen Angeboten über Mietwohnungen.
