Nice place and was value for money and the staff took time to explain the nearby attractions and things to do which I appreciate.

The apartment door is not soundproof and sometimes could get noisy when other guest opens the entrance door .

Superb

The location in the Oetz Valley is perfect. The apartment was relatively small, but very well arranged in a way that we didn't feel it was too small. We also had the outdoor balcony which was very nice to sit for dinner.

We were missing a high chair for our 9-month baby.

Amazing, can give only the best recommendation!

In one word, the accommodation was AWESOME! Everything was clean, modern and perfectly functionally furnished. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, the response to emails was immediate and nothing was a problem. The price also included a sauna, 2x free during a weekly stay. It's just really great and we're really looking forward to coming back again.

The room is not large but it has everything you need for a nice holiday. The kitchen is small but well equipped, the room is clean and has a nice terrace. There is another room to leave the ski equipment and I recommend going to the sauna. The hosts are very nice, they will help with everything. About 35 min by car to Soelden and 50 min by bus. There is also a very close ski place in Oetz.

Sergey is amazing! took care of every topic we asked, the flat has anything you can imagine you might need, everything is clean, new and in amazing condition! and of course the sauna!

Amazing.

The hosts are lovely. The apartment was super clean and perfectly prepared including free coffee. I loved how the hosts care about our child and prepared not only bed for her but also a high chair. The hosts live in the same building and are always there to help but keep your privacy. They also know about every interesting place, trip or adventure in the neighborhood.

The beds are a bit hard for us :-). I definitely cannot write 2 to 3 sentences about what we did not like. The place is lovely.

Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this accommodation! I stayed in the studio apartment and it was very new, clean, comfortable and had a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, absolutely loved having the deck to have meals while overlooking the mountains. Irina and Sergey were really friendly and helpful, they gave me advice on activities and places to go to. Would definitely recommend 😊

Sehr gut.

Tolle Lage des Apartments. Der Skibus zum Hochoetz ist 5min entfernt. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist komplett mit Microwelle, Geschirrspüler und Nespresso- Maschine. Im Keller gibt es eine Sauna und einen Skiraum mit einer Ski-Schuhheizung. Fürs Auto stehen mehrere Parkplätze direkt am Haus zur Verfügung. Die Eigentümer wohnen mit im haus sind super nett, hilfsbereit und haben viele Tipps zu den Aktivitäten.

Super nette Vermieter; sehr modern und durchdacht ausgestattet - alles vorhanden was man benötigt…das gesamte Haus sehr sauber und auch die Möglichkeit zu saunieren war mega!

- es gab für uns nichts zu bemängeln…wirklich sehr zu empfehlen :-)

Fijne locatie, vriendelijk personeel die aanbiedt om mee te denken over je planning. Ook kun je alles vragen wat je nodig hebt als het gaat om handdoeken, keukenspullen zoals zeep en vaatwastabletten etc. Top service.

Niks. Er zijn maar 2 kookpitten en geen oven, waardoor koken voor 4 of meer personen, soms wat onhandig is, maar dat wisten we van te voren.

alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt - die Wohnung hat alles, was man so braucht, ist sauber und modern eingerichtet! Es gibt eine Möglichkeit ein E-Auto aufzuladen und sogar eine Sauna! Die Gastgeber sind sehr angenehm, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert- gerne wieder!
