Great experience

The house was clean and tidy. A lot of space, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you can think about. We could easily cook full meals for the family. The bathrooms were comfort and everything felt new. The house comes with a private parking garage and it's the last on the street so there is full privacy. The view from the house is spectacular. Alexandrea, the landlady is very nice and welcoming, she was available for any questions and helped us during our stay. We highly recommend staying in this wonderful place.

Wonderful

Maric was exceptionally well laid out and welcoming. The little touches made it all the more special - great coffee, comfortable rooms, and helpful little things. Will be very happy to book again. It is a 3min walk to the bus stop or a 15 min walk to centre of Oetz.

Spacious, luxurious and high quality accommodation, very clean throughout, set in a no-through road off the main road so minimal traffic noise. Great coffee machine. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Good parking.

Specious house, very clean and comfortable. Alessandra and her mom took very good care of us. Kitchen is fully equipped with tons of free stuff like cereals, coffee machine, and more. Location is also good.

We loved the apartment, it is very comfortable ans it has everything you need (well equipped) every thing you will think of you will find it there. The apartment is so so clean, they have high clean standrts that you will find every other apartment is not clean. The owner of the house very helpful, welcoming and available alawys on phone. The mother live next door and she help with every thing you ask. They have also a garage to park, big house and big rooms with wonderful view.

This place is simple amazing, equipped with all the necessary things, very clean with a very kind host situated in a good location. You will have plenty of place if you stay there, a big kitchen fully equipped, washing possibilities and more bathrooms. Breakfast can compete with 5* hotels' breakfast. Highly recommended to stay there.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet – es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Alles ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wie zuhause fühlt. Die Vermieterin ist unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam. Sie sorgt persönlich für die Sauberkeit und hat uns sogar leckeren Kuchen gebacken. So eine Gastfreundschaft erlebt man wirklich selten! Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Frau Maric. Alles tipptopp und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sogar ein kleiner Weihnachtsbaum und Plätzchen waren vorbereitet

Einziges Manko: die Heizung in den Schlafräumen konnte nicht runterreguliert werden.
