Staff were amazing, so friendly and extremely helpful.
This is no fault of the hotel. There is a lot of building work in the local area, which generated quite a lot of daytime noise.

The property feels like a little oasis buried away from the hustle and bustle of the main st in Ubud. The staff is what really set this place apart. Incredible attention to detail and care beyond anywhere we have ever stayed.
There was heavy construction noise at the property as the cafe was being re built and also the neighbours where doing construction

We don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful this hotel is. The staff are absolutely amazing, the food is exceptional, and the facilities are outstanding. This is a truly family-friendly hotel that exceeded all of our expectations and made our stay unforgettable.
Every member of the team made us feel welcomed, cared for, and at home from the moment we arrived. The attention to detail, the kindness of the staff, and the overall atmosphere of the resort are simply remarkable.
Thank you for everything. You have created something very special here, and we will always remember our stay with great affection. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect vacation experience. You are truly incredible!

The pool is the best part of the stay, beautiful & clean just as in the pictures. There are not a lot of guests in this hotel so normally you get to enjoy the pool all by yourself.
The room and service is overrated.
The water in the room bathtub and shower is literally black and water is very small, not possible to have a shower. I reported to the hotel staff and received no follow up.
I was surprised that breakfast is not included, I wasn’t aware until been asked to pay at the end of my breakfast. It was 100k each, at which price you can have better food choices and experience elsewhere. Honestly it’s not worth it- the service is so slow, we waited like an hour to get everything from the set meal, the girl didn’t give us folks until asked to, and didn’t give us the coffee and tea in the set meal until asked too (which literally is just pouring from the pot and takes 30 seconds) .
