Arma Museum & Resort

What a beautiful property featuring an outdoor theatre, multiple art galleries and rice fields all on-site. Great pool, spa and excellent breakfasts. Enjoyed exploring the gorgeous gardens, chatting with their wonderful staff who provide fantastic service. It was a true oasis that we enjoyed staying at as Ubud is very very busy.

Noisy guests (directly above our room). They were thumping around until the early hours of the morning - needless to say we were delighted when they checked out!

The grounds were absolutely beautiful, there were many paths to explore in the resort past lotus ponds, artists in residence, rice paddies and more. The pools were suitable for young children as well as couples. The rooms in the Wisnu block were spacious, clean and comfortable. The room service was excellent. The cultural shows were easily accessible from the hotel and fantastic quality. The staff were excellent, always smiling and greeting you by name, some of the best hospitality we experienced while in Bali. Outside the hotel is a busy road but the ARMA is a welcoming and quiet sanctuary while still being amongst the bustling city, a perfect balance. There are many delicious restaurants nearby and two different restaurants onsite. I'd highly recommend staying here and will be returning.

Wonderful resort with free facilities including free afternoon teas. It’s a large property with plenty to see and do including roaming around the museum grounds.

Our room was a beautiful Balinese heritage style and it was spacious. There was no TV (which was fine) but could’ve had more furniture inside, such as a cabinet and a lounge to sit on. The bathroom was outstanding and just exquisite.

Arma Museam and Park

Room was not clean upon arrival, dirty towels and the rooms are clearly outdated and in need of renovation. The hotel promotes sustainability and environmental awareness, but having to run the shower for five minutes before getting warm water contradicts that message. Water pressure was also weak. Arma and his family are kind and welcoming people, which we appreciated. However, some of the staff — not all — provided service that was far below what I would expect from Arma’s standards. Overall, the hotel rooms urgently need an upgrade. Apart from the Arma Museum, I do not understand how this property maintains such a high rating.
