This apartment is simply perfect to enjoy beautiful Utrecht! Nico is a wonderful host, offering insights and assistance both before our visit and upon the key collection on arrival. We often spoke about the immaculate cleanliness and attention to detail in the appartment. Every need of a visitor was catered for, generously. Thank you Nico, for hosting us in your beautiful, central apartment. It made it easy for us to explore not only your lovey city, but also the towns/cities surrounding it. It is an easy walk to the train station which makes this apartment is a great base. Make sure to leave enough time to stroll through Utrecht - it is a destination in itself!

The location is really good, the train station and attractions are within walking distance. The room facilities could meet all needs, especially having a basement and a sauna, loved the arrangement too much.

The bathroom on the ground floor is a bit small but acceptable.

Great location in the heart of the old city. Clean and well equipped.

The door that joins the owners flat and the apartment can't be secured from the guests side which feels a litle weird.

Loved the location. Right in the centre of things. But quiet. Bedroom was comfortable. Apartment was well appointed in terms of dishes, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Host was very friendly.

The bathroom is very small, tucked under some stairs. No room to put anything. Not even a proper mirror or bathroom lights. My biggest beef may have been there was no good place to put on makeup. Not a great deal of light, but if you're not spending all day in the suite, doesn't really matter. This is a good place but could be improved with more storage options. There were plenty of chairs, but not many places to put things on.

Great host; fantastic spot to explore Utrecht and the surrounding area

Chez Cho Bed & Breakfast is the perfect base to explore Utrecht and its surrounds. Despite our late arrival into Utrecht, Nico was on site to greet us, show us around the property and give tips - i.e. cycling routes, things to see and do, etc. All one needs is located on site and the bath and sauna are a perfect way to relax after a long day cycling or exploring the city.

What is there not to like? Absolutely great place to be.

Superb choice in Utrecht

Excellent ground floor apartment about a 800m walk from Central train station and very close to the Utrecht city centre. Well appointed modern, comfortable apartment with all facilities. I had everything I needed to make my own breakfast, although the owner can provide a breakfast for 10 Euros.. It's also very close to a large number of restaurants for dinner. The apartment has exclusive access to a basement room which contains a sauna, washing machine and a large bath tub with handheld shower. The sauna is set to 70 degrees and I enjoyed it greatly after a long day. A rare treat in an apartment. The owner is very helpful. All up, it's great value for money. Schiphol is a 30-35 minutes train ride away from Utrecht Central station.

Fabulous location in a charming area

The location was central to everywhere we wanted to visit. It had a washing machine which was a fabulous bonus. The location felt very safe. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The sauna was great too.

The bathroom was very small & the shower even smaller. The microwave did not seem to be connected.

The prefect place in Utrecht, charming, practical and comfy.

Nico met my daughter in person and explained everything about the flat. We had a wonderful stay as it was practical, comfortable, homy, with great attention to details and cherry on the cake, with a sauna!

Beautiful apartment in amazing location! Apartment was perfectly clean, comfortable. You can use sauna, which is only for you. Nico lives in the same house, it is great, if you need something, he can helps immediately. Centraal train station is 10 minutes away. Apartment is near by everything,what you can need - shops, bus, boat trips... and is aswell in quiet street. Highly recomended!

We were passing through Utrecht one night and that was the perfect place for us.

Nico was very friendly, communication with him was good and accurate, there was a bit of everything for breakfast, the place is big and clean, we had our privacy, there is a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook, but the best thing is that it is really right in the historical centre of Utrecht. And yet it is quiet.

There is not much that can be done about that, but the toilet/shower is very small.

De plek is fantastisch! Midden in het centrum maar niet lawaaierig. Ruime drie persoons slaapkamer . Bad, sauna en douche aanwezig.

Een verlengsnoer voor de magnetron is een handige toevoeging. De magnetron van de hoge plank tillen vond ik wat zwaar.

Für einen kurzen Städtetrip optimal

Gute Lage wenn man die Altstadt erkunden möchte bzw. gut für einen kurzen Städtetrip. Bahnhof in der Nähe, sowie Supermärkte. Ausstattung war in Ordnung, Betten bequem, Größe des Zimmers auch für eine Person. Bad oben klein aber man kann theoretisch auch das Bad unten nutzen wenn man möchte.

Anfangs hat es im Bad stark nach Reiniger gerochen. Handtücher teilweise auch etwas muffig, vielleicht mal austauschen. Manchmal laut von der Straße her aber nachts kann man die Tür zum Schlafzimmer schließen dann ist es gut.

Mitten in Utrecht wohnen ist super

Wir waren zu dritt in Utrecht und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft hat uns außergewöhnlich gut gefallen. Die Lage ist wirklich top. In wenigen Schritten ist man mitten in der Altstadt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, wir haben jedoch dort nicht gekocht, sondern uns lediglich unser Frühstück zubereitet. Der Gastgeber wohnt im gleichen Haus und hat uns bei unserer Ankunft willkommen geheißen. Im Keller befindet sich ein Wellness-Bereich mit einer Sauna und einer großen Wanne. Die Sauna haben wir gerne genutzt. Die Betten waren bequem, in der Unterkunft haben wir verschiedene Unterlagen mit Tipps gefunden.
