Modern, spacious apartment with scenic views of the canal

Very clear instructions for check-in/check-out. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. The apartment is quite spacious for three persons. It has excellent views of the canal and it's in the city center, yet very quiet and tranquil. There's plenty of shops, bakeries, restaurants around, and the cenral station is within walking distance. The kitchen is fully equipped, there's an espresso machine, pods and tea bags. Even the soaps, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner are high end. It's truly a wonderful place!

The extra bedroom is quite small. Any luggages need to stay outside. And there's a steep staircase to get to the apartment, but steep stairs are very common in the Netherlands!

Great apartment in Utrecht’s historical district

The Loft is a lovely 2-bedroom apartment perfectly situated in Utrecht’s historical district. It was very clean with great heating, and well appointed with amenities to cook and wash and perfect for our family of four. The beds were particularly comfortable and the large dining table was ideal for family dinners.

Although not an issue for us, I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone who has mobility issues, or small children - there are two flights of very steep, poorly lit, open (no outer guardrails) and narrow stairs to access the 2nd bedroom and main loft living area. This also makes it challenging when traveling with heavy luggage. I would have also liked better lighting in the apartment and for the small bedroom to be heated as it was very cold in that room.

great apartment, main area very spacious. good location, right next to the old canal. stairs to apartment steep will not be suitable for persons with mobility problems and second bedroom not brilliant. Overall great!!

Riesig! Komfortabel! Schön und ruhig. Mitten in cooler schöner Altstadt Uetrechts

Das Haus bietet eine absolut schöne Lage direkt an der Gracht und mitten in der Altstadt Utrechts. (Im sehr nahe Parkhaus am Springweg kann man bei Bedarf mehrere Tage relativ bezahlbar und sicher parken.) Die Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich groß, riesig sogar und beinhaltet einen tollen großen Esstisch, einen Balkon zum ruhigen schönen Hinterhof, einen wunderbaren Ausblick nach vorn zur Gracht und auf alte Platanen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Küche hat sowohl Wasch- als auch Spülmaschine und guten Kaffee sowie Öl, Essig und Gewürze. Die Badewanne ist sehr schön, gerade im Winter. Das extra Schlafzimmer ist gemütlich und hübsch.
