Apartment in a good location in Utrecht.

The apartment is in a great location, close to the train/tram station and an easy walk to the city center. Rachel had food delivered to the apartment, which was a nice bonus. The apartment has all the amenities needed for a short or longer term stay. Rachel was responsive when contacted.

There were some issues with the apartment that were communicated to Rachel during the four day stay. Hopefully these will be addressed and corrected for the next guests. While the apartment is advertised as two bedrooms, in fact, there is one bedroom with a door and one or two beds in the main living area that can be used. The apartment does not have two distinct bedrooms as defined in most properties. This is stated in the description, but may not be clear from the property photos.

Cozy apartment close to city centre

The location was pretty great, it's close to a tram station. We got a bonus breakfast/groceries on our first day of stay. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was great. There were toiletries, hairdryer, washing machine, etc. It was well equipped!

The toilet could be spacier - we didn't fit in there (180+ cm tall) and we wish there was a ventilation system for this facility as well.

The apartment was fairly central and close to the train station

The pictures make it look much bigger than it actually is. The toilet was tiny and 2 of us slept on twin beds in the dining room. The apartment was incredibly expensive for the facilities offered. There are better options at half the price

Great appartment in Utrecht. Very good quality/price

It was a great stay, I would come back again. Easy to communicate with the owner. Everything is well explained on how to do your own check in and with very useful tips about de city. The breakfast available is great. Easy to reach from the train station (Utrecht Vaartsche). Very cosy garden/terrace.

The shower was clogged but we informed the owner. There was dust in a wardrobe in the main room.

Comfy clean flat in an excellent location. Note that the "second bedroom" is the living room.

Excellent location in a fairly quiet road, near station, small supermarket and bike hire. Clean and comfortable flat with most things we needed. The smart doorlock was very useful. Ideal for two people, OK for four.

There AREN'T two bedrooms - Booking.com does not make this clear but the host does in the photos, but you might miss that. The third and fourth beds are in the living room. The layout is a little quirky with the toilet the other side of the flat from the bathroom. There were a couple of things missing - a tea towel, enough bath towels, a bottle opener. We were a bit confused about whether we were meeting the host there or whether we should have been sent a code. It would have helped to have been sent the check-out instructions before the holiday as I wasn't reading emails while on holiday.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Die Lage war zentral aber dennoch ruhig. Zu Fuß kommt man schnell und einfach in die Innenstadt. Hundert Meter entfernt befindet sich ein Parkhaus. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, das Frühstück wird per Lieferdienst zum Wunschzeitraum geliefert. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter funktioniert reibungslos, Rachel war sehr freundlich. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Absolute Weiterempfehlung.

In mehreren wichtigen Punkten falsche Darstellung der Unterkunft im Internet .

Sehr sauber, Gastgeberin schickt Infos zur Ankunft, reagiert prompt auf Fragen. Sehr freundlich. Gute Küchenausstattung. Innenhof.

Die Unterkunft war mit zwei Schlafzimmern angegeben, hatte aber nur eines (hätte man sich aus dem Text evtl. noch erschließen können, die Darstellung ist aber irreführend ). Das zweite Bett steht im Wohnzimmer. Es waren im Schlafzimmer zwei Einzelbetten dargestellt, es gab aber nur ein Doppelbett. Die Tür zum Bad fehlt, vom Schlafzimmer aus ist das Bad einzusehen. Alles schwierig, wenn man mit Kollegen geschäftlich unterwegs ist, die man nicht gut kennt.

Nur 1 Schlafzimmer!!! Ansonsten ok

Die Lage war in Ordnung, ca 20 min fußläufig zum Zentrum. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und hell, ein süßer Innenhof, kleines aber gemütliches Schlafzimmer. Netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin!

Das Appartment hat nur EIN Schlafzimmer, nicht 2 wie bei Booking angegeben! Die Vermieterin weiß Bescheid, sagt aber, dass Booking nicht in der Lage sei, das zu ändern. Ich hatte das Appartment extra wegen der 2 angegebenen Schlafzimmer gebucht. Wir waren 4 Freundinnen, von daher wars für uns einigermaßen ok, in einer anderen Konstellation wäre es sehr ärgerlich gewesen, da leider null Privatsphäre und recht laut. Die beiden Einzelbetten befinden sich im Wohnraum, durch den dann die im Schlafzimmer schlafenden direkt vorbei müssen, wenn sie auf die Toilette, in die Küche oder ins Bad möchten. Die Einzelbetten knarzen leider bei jeder kleinen Bewegung. Die Toilette befindet sich im Hausflur und hat kein Waschbecken. Das Bad befindet sich hinter der Küche, so quasi in einem Anbau direkt hinter dem Wirtschaftsraum und ist auch nicht abschließbar. Alles in allem war es ok aber nochmal buchen würde ich es nicht, vor allen Dingen nicht für den Preis Dafür hatte es dann doch zuviel Jugenherbergsflair. Zumal, aber da kann die Vermieterin nichts dafür, die Dame im Stockwerk obendrüber, ab 6 Uhr im Stechschritt durch ihre Wohnung marschiert , ab 7 Uhr auch gerne mit Schuhen. An Schlaf ist ab 6 Uhr nicht mehr zu denken

Jättebra läge, mysigt. Rent o fräscht. Plus att det fanns frukost i kylskåpet. Nära till affär. Trevligt med egen uteplats, t.o.m en tulpanplantering.

Lite väl liten toalett utan handfat, det och duschen fanns i andra delen av lägenheten.
