Great location, tricky staircase, clean and comfortable room, but equipment could be better

Very kind receptionist who helped me with my suitcase. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Coffee pods and tea provided, a bit of salt and pepper. Comfortable bed.

The check in procedure was a bit cumbersome, many emails, reminders. If you have a large suitcase, ask for a room on the ground or first floor, as there is no elevator and the stairs are extremely narrow and steep. If you like to sleep in, ask for a room at the end of the hallway, as I got woken up every day by people leaving the hotel. It's a pity the hotel does not provide sugar or oil, more pots and cups and a toaster. All the rooms are quite different, the first one I was offered had a funky smell, the next one was much smaller, but at least no smell. Water in shower was hard to regulate and pressure was a bit weak.

A wonderful stay! The apartment is spacious, spotless, and features a well-equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. We loved the balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard. The location is perfect—peaceful yet close to the center, with everything within walking distance. Great for walks in the neighborhood and along the river!

Fabulous place to stay. Highly recommend.

Lovely room with a comfortable couch and another comfy chair. Beds were great. Bedroom and bathroom were small but adequate and very clean. Plenty of room in wardrobe to unpack cases and they could be stored behind couch or under bed so you’re not working around them. Very close to the centre of Utrecht and old part of town. There are so many cafes nearby and also a grocery store a short walk away. It was a bonus having access to a washing machine which works with an app so you know when the cycle is finished. Cooking facilities were great. No microwave but we didn’t need it.

Great stay in Utrecht

Location is fenomenal, the appartment was generally great, commucation with the staff was smooth. I would also consider this appartment for a longer stay (e.g. for a month) as it has everyting you need to live comfortably.

I wish the bedroom and bathroom had a better ventilation. But for 3-4 nights it was okay. Also bit pricey - but on the other hand every accomodation in Utrecht is rather pricey.

Great location with the very best staff

Lovely apartments in a great location. On the last day my elderly parents needed help. Lyn and Dominique went above and beyond to make sure they did not miss their flight. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and proactivity.

Comfortable apartment at a great location

This is a nice, fully equipped apartment at a great location close to the city centre and the railway station (within walking distance). It is in a very nice part of Utrecht, right at one of the canals. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and there is a grocery store nearby. The bed is very comfortable. All in all a great place to stay when visiting the city or the university.

The electronic key did not work right away, so it was great that there is someone there during the day to help.

Very clean comfortable room. The location is excellent for central Utrecht and the staff were friendly. The kitchen has everything you need.

It would have been better to have had the option to pay and the key collection info earlier. We were already travelling when the emails came through.

Fantastic place to stay, absolutely loved the cat from the next door neighbors.

Location was very central in the area we wanted it to be. Check-in was very easy, and the room was huge with a nice kitchen set up and a nice patio to sit down on.

Nothing, this was our best stay in the Netherlands.

A nice place to explore Utrcht.

Location was a perfect spot to explore much of Utrecht. We enjoyed the centralized location.

Walls are thin and you can hear the comings and goings of all your neighbors. The room was decent, but the bathroom was very small. Room, in general, could use some updating.

Decent for short stay.

Location good, close to center, and all necessary utensils in the apartment. Nicely decorated.

Confusing communication with AI assistant for check-in. My apartment was on the ground floor with a big window to the street, which meant I had to have the curtain closed the whole time to have privacy. This way it felt like a basement flat. This is surely only the case for ground floor flats, not on the upper floors. But while the flat was clean it smelled very strongly of (wet) dog. Because of the ground floor I could also not open the window safely. Note: the matrass is quite hard.

Very nice stay in Utrecht.

Very nice place, quite large rooms, with fully equipped kitchen. The view on the canal is very relaxing and it's a huge plus of the place. The windows are very solid, so when you close them you don't here the nightlife. The biggest advantage is the location, which is very central. The personnel is nice and helpful. They have an automatic check out, so it is very convenient.

I do not find any. It's a great place for the money you pay - the Netherlands are expensive in general, but you have comparable conditions as city's hotels but in a central location (most of the hotels are not in the centre in Utrecht). One minus - no airconditioning, not even a fan in the room. Another minus - no elevator and the stairs are quite steep, so it might be a problem for someone.

A perfect location in Utrecht city center.

Surprisingly good appartment with all thing you need. Perfect location and a short walk to a lot of restaurants and pups. No need to be on a car or even a bycycle sinc everthing is in a walking distance. 12 minutes walk from the Utrech central station.

Fine, but small bathroom.

The appartments are nicely located on a canal, on the north side of town. Easy to walk into town. Living/dining room was a fair size, views over the canal.

The bathroom is very small, so washing was a bit of a challenge. The double bed is in a small room with little or no room to walk round e.g. to get in bed on the side furthest from the door. There are shallow stairs to climb to the floors above ground level, ok for us but not suitable if you have difficulty moving. Car parking is very expensive: €6,79 per hour in front of the appartments. The owners gave us tips where to park cheaper.

The keys were all handled through a web app, so it was super easy and convenient getting in and out of the building and appartment. The appartment was very feature complete, with a kitchen and oven.

The sheets had a few stains, and there were a few empty cigarette containers on the balcony part

This apartment is in a lovely neighbourhood - centrally located and overlooking a canal. It was clean, tastefully furnished, and well equipped.

The bedroom is small - not really big enough for twin beds.

Nicely located in the heart of Utrecht

The rooms at the back of the building are spacious, quiet and perfect for a stay in Utrecht. Our room came with a coffee machine, kettle, towels and a hairdryer. We had a bit of trouble with the room allocation but they sorted it out in no time. The service was great and the team were really helpful.

When we checked in, we were put in the wrong room facing the street. Can't recommend this side as it was super loud with all the noise from the street. Especially on the ground floor.

Great location in a very walkable city.

Location is great. Right on the canal and the edge of the heritage center. We were able to walk everywhere. The apartment is very comfortable.

The stairs are steep and narrow. I realize this is an older building. However, if I were to stay again, I would rent a studio apartment on a lower floor.
