Great location, friendly staff, safe and comfortable property
Washing machine didn’t work, shower didn’t drain water, complicated remote check in, microwave and stove were complicated, bed not very comfortable

Location, staff and simplicity. I had a vert short stay so I didn’t get much time to say , but the staff has been super responsive and accommodating even before I arrive

The apartment was very clean and central.
Design of apartment was very odd - living space was large but bedroom tiny (so difficult to move around), tiny bathroom and separate toilet
