Felt at home immediately, great location and very comfortable.

Amazing, central location, close to great food and cafes, 15min walk to the biggest train station in the Netherlands. Very quiet as well, given how lively the university quarter is. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the heating worked well, the kitchen is well provisioned.

The stairs are very steep, but are fitting with the character of the property.

Character filled apartment in Old Belltower in central location.

Central location in Utrecht, walkable to Utrecht Centraal train station and city centre attractions. Restaurants, supermarkets, shopping nearby. Well appointed apartment, many extras to make it feel like home. Responsive and friendly host.

Very steep staircase to the apartment at the top of the belltower. OK for us but would not suit anyone with mobility issues.

Unusual but overall it worked well.

Breakfast not included, but coffee gift cards were nice. The washer/dryer worked well. The host is very friendly. The bell is kind of fun. Host is also mailing forgotten hats.

The steps to the apartment are steep and would not be suitable for handicapped or elderly. This should be made clear on the website. It worked out fine for us since we were careful.

Lovely apartment with excellent facilities and easy walking distance into the centre of Utrecht.

Steep stairs up to the apartment were a good workout when carrying several suitcases but may be more challenging for older guests.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und man für 3 Erwachsene in jedem Fall ausreichend Platz. Auch das Bad ist ausreichend großzügig. Der Kontakt beziehungsweise die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war von Beginn an hervorragend. Einzig sollte man wissen, dass man eine extrem steile Treppe rauf und vor allem mit Gepäck auch wieder runtergehen muss. Hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Allotjament perfecte!!!!!

La ubicació, el tracte amb el responsable, la immediatesa de les respostes del responsable, l'estat de l'immoble, la distribució dels elements, l'aire condicionat... Realment, ha estat una grata sorpresa i hi repetiríem, sens dubte! Vam tenir un problema durant l'estada, i el responsable ens el va resoldre de seguida. Nota: per nosaltres no ha estat impediment, va ser una curiositat, però les escales d'accés a l'habitació són molt altes (uns 60º d'inclinació) i curtes. Si tens problemes de mobilitat, contacta amb el responsable per veure si aquest allotjament és convenient per tu.

Només dos petits detalls que de cap manera resten punts a la nota final; els indico com a punts perquè el responsable els tingui en compte: 1) faltaria un microones a l'habitació, i 2) hi ha un foradet a la façana que està tapat amb un metacrilat, però que hi passa aire; si dorms allà prop, et passa el corrent d'aire a prop de la cara.

Gute Lage, sehr freundlicher Kontakt, alles super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Kaffeekapseln, Spülmittel,Duschgel etc. in bester Qualität vorhanden.

Leider kein Fenster im Bad, dafür aber gute Lüftung. Steile Treppe als Zugang.

Apartamento acogedor en Utrecht

El apartamento estaba bien provisto de casi todo, pensando en el usuario, y con materiales de Bravantia. Compré cafe, pero habia en la habitacion de la lavadora. Vajilla bonita de Ikea, pero pocos platos, había que fregar a mano. No habia tostadora, ni microondas, ni olla a presión, cosas que si usamos en nuestra casa, pero no los echamos en falta. Nos arreglamos bien con lo que había. Volveriamos a contratar el apartamento.

Un poco más de limpieza en el baño, en lo que no se ve: filtro de ducha y borde interior de la taza. El resto muy bien. Tal vez habría que avisar de lo empinado de las escaleras de acceso a planta. No han sido problema para nosotros, pero tal vez si para otros usuarios.

Volop genoten!

Ons verblijf bij familielogement De Oude Beltoren was in één woord top. Alles was schoon en verzorgd, de bedden lagen comfortabel en de ligging is ideaal. Wat dit verblijf echt onderscheidt, is de persoonlijke aandacht. Ik was mijn jas vergeten en omdat teruggaan geen optie was, heeft de eigenaar hem de volgende dag al netjes opgestuurd. Wat een fijne service!

Het verblijf was fan-tas-tisch!!!!

Het was nog mooier dan gedacht, daarnaast door het warme ontvangst van Joost en alle leuke extra’s die erbij kwamen voelde je je gelijk welkom en kon een gezellig weekendje weg meteen goed beginnen!

Utrecht mit Freunden - mittendrin statt nur dabei

Sehr zentrale Lage. Moderne, stylische Einrichtung. Bequeme Betten. Sehr sauber und komfortabel. Bestens ausgestattet. Fürsorglicher und aufgeschlossener Vermieter - Kommunikation vorab und vor Ort inkl Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos

Einfach nur der Hinweis (der aber auch in der Beschreibung steht und kein Hindernis darstellt!!!): es führt eine längere steile Treppe hinauf zur Wohnung. Das ist in Holland aber ja oft üblich und die Tatsache, dass man quasi im Glockenturm schläft entschädigt es. Tolle Unterkunft!

Sehr zentral und schön gelegen. Ein tolles Gebäude und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung !

Der Besitzer kam pünktlich um uns in Empfang zu nehmen. Er hat uns alles gezeigt und war ein sehr netter Typ. Zusätzlich erhielten wir noch einen Kaffee-Gutschein von einem Café von vis a vis. Er hat uns auch seine Handynummer hinterlassen für allfällige Fragen und viele Tipps über die Stadt in Prospektform waren auch vorhanden.

Das einzige was man bemängeln könnte, war, dass es kein Fenster hat wo man raus schauen kann. Es hat aber genügend Licht durch ein Dachfenster und uns hat es nicht so gestört weil wir viel unterwegs waren.

Super compleet appartement met hele vriendelijke host

Hele vriendelijke host. We waren de 2e boeking dus alles was nieuw. Hele fijne bedden, vlakbij het centrum, appartement was super compleet ingericht. Een keuken met vaatwasser, kookplaat en zelfs verse thee. Joost heeft zelfs aan oordoppen gedacht die standaard in de nachtkastjes liggen. Absoluut een aanrader!

Het enige nadeel vind ik dat je geen raam hebt waar je naar buiten kunt kijken. Alleen een dakraampje boven hoofdhoogte. En dat is jammer. Het appartement is middels een hele steile trap te bereiken. Dus niet geschikt voor mensen die niet goed te been zijn.

Aan het nagenieten van een heerlijk vriendinnen weekend! Met dank aan de vriendelijkheid van de gastheer. Leuke tips ontvangen voor in Utrecht, fijne locatie en doordat het appartement vroeg schoon was, konden wij al optijd genieten van ons verblijf. Alles wat we nodig hadden was in het appartement aanwezig. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
