A convenient place to sleep in the southern outskirts of Hamburg

It ended up in a good way, but it did come as a surprise that the restaurant part of the hotel was permanently(?) closed.

The price was reasonable at this time of the season.

Unusual that the restaurant was not open to hotel guests on a Friday evening. Future guests need to be aware of this. Recommendation by staff of another restaurant was good but quite a drive away.

Das Personal war absolut super. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Restaurant mit lokaler Küche. Großzügiger Parkplatz.

Die Einrichtung ist sicher in die Jahre gekommen, war aber dem Preis angemessen und insgesamt komfortabel. Auch das Frühstück war dem Preis sicher angemessen, hätte aber doch ein bisschen üppiger ausfallen können.

Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistubgsverhältnis. Nette Betreiber Familie, die uns sogar Sonderwünsche erfüllte, indem wir unsere Räder abgeschlossen in ihrem Privatschuppen abstellen durften. Gastronomie ist top. Positiv ist zu bemerken, dass der Sohn der Familie ein super Gastronom ist und ein Vorbild für Freundlichkeit und Service. Daran könnte sich so mancher ein Beispiel nehmen. Ich wünsche dem Jungen alles Gute und hoffe, dass er weiterhin so ein toller und freundlicher Gastronom bleibt.

Nichts… Außer vielleicht, dass bei booking nicht erwähnt ist, dass man bis spätestens 18 Uhr da sein muss. Wir waren erst gegen 20:00 Uhr da, was aber am Ende kein Problem war, da die Betreiberin sehr nachsichtig mit uns war.

Zweckmässig und praktisch mit Fahrrad aber für mich zu warm

Ich hatte für eine Nacht ein Einzelzimmer, war zwar klein, aber für mich ausreichend, die Ausstattung ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckmässig. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, ich hatte zum Glück sehr ruhige Nachbarn. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und auch dass man mit dem Schlüssel, der aussen sperrt, kommen und gehen kann, wann man will, fand ich sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, wenn man mit dem Fahrrad nach Hamburg will, weil man den Radweg nach Finkenwerder nehmen kann (10 min mit dem Rad) und dort mit Fähre und Rad übersetzt. Der grosse Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist praktisch. In Anbetracht des Preises war ich zufrieden.

Das Zimmer war sehr warm (27-28 Grad) und auch mit offenem Fenster nur sehr schwer kühler zu bekommen, vor allem weil es auch keine Fliegengitter an meinem Fenster gab. Am Morgen hatte ich dann mit offenem Fenster 26 Grad. Wer es sehr warm mag, wird hier zufriedener sein oder halt nicht im Sommer kommen.

Sehr nettes Personal. Gutes, völlig ausreichendes Frühstück. Saubere Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Für ein kurzes Wochenende in Hamburg eine super Alternative wenn man nicht unbedingt zentral übernachten möchte

Preiswerte und schöne Übernachtung unweit von Hamburg

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung und Service beim Frühstück. Sehr liebevoll geführtes Hotel in einer sehr schönen Landschaft im Kontrast zum unweit gelegenen Hafen. Das Frühstück war frisch und reichhaltig.

Schade, dass im Sommer im Restaurant samstags fast nur geschlossene Gesellschaften bewirtet werden. Als Hotelgast hätte ein Abendessen vor Ort den Besuch perfekt gemacht.
