Nice and clean hotel. It worths your money.

Hotel was clean and well organised with all required items inside hotel to make you feel comfortable. They automate your check-in via application and you don’t need paperwork during check-in.

It was a bit far from city centre and this is hard to reach city attractions if you use public transportation.

A highly recommended hotel for a Hamburg stay .

This is an exceptional hotel Everything is of quality and we loved its organic objectives .Very easy parking and a very short walk to the S Bahn station .Rapid trains take you to the centre .Once there it is very easy to walk around.The ticket includes a boat ferry on the harbour so no need to pay for an expensive tour . There is also a very good Greek restaurant near the hotel .

Nothing as we escaped from the obsessive high tec which we loathe . We were given a card !

Beautiful stylish hotel with attention to details. The hotel is in a residential area with full of shops in the neighborhood, easily accessible with public transport (S-bahn directly to the city center in 30 mins.). Clean and comfortable room and bed, quality amenties. High tech self-check in process that worked well - you need a smart phone for it though! :) Lovely inner garden!

In the street facing room there was a bit of a noise indeed - as we expected. Not having full-time reception available made our communication challenging upon request/question (we had a problem to find a solution to, and had no response to it via chat while we were there and there was nobody to talk to at the reception).

Super friendly and helpful staff. Probably the most clean hotel I’ve stayed in. Rooms were really comfortable. S Bahn stop to the city centre is around a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel.

Great and comfortable hotel

I loved the way to check in, check out and opening doors using only the mobile. The staff was great explaning how to use the system.

Expectations met

A nice little hotel. Plenty of outdoor/underground parking space if you travel by car, quiet, tidy room. Access to the hotel/room/underground parking by using the web/app was an unusual experience for me. It is very convenient and modern solution for regular users, but first time users might expect some trial and error moments, plus, information on this method could be provided earlier than the day before arrival, especially if during that day you have limited access to internet (travelling by ferry, for example). But, in the end, everything worked well and all was good. Breakfast OK, beds OK.

Pre ordered a cot and it was confirmed by email, at checkin they didn’t know we required a cot. It was rectified right away. Bath towels too small for average adult.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit

Wir hatten hier einen erholsamen Schlaf, trotz Fenster zur Strasse. Hier drangen kaum bis keine Geräusche durch. Das Doppelzimmer war von der Größe her ausreichend für 2 Personen, und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war gut. Aber wie in jedem anderen Hotel... Wer suchet , der findet. Frühstück haben wir nicht nutzen können, da zu der Zeit die Küche umgebaut wurde. Konnten aber 3 Minuten fußläufig super Frühstück 🐽. Den Betrag für das Frühstück haben wir erstattet bekommen. Türen und Tiefgarage gingen problemlos mit dem Handy zu öffnen . Das war Topp. Also, wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit, und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Heel prettig.

Prijs/kwaliteit denk ik. Was prima verzorgd allemaal en niet heel erg duur. Goed ontbijt, en de app waarmee je toegang krijgt werkt erg goed. Metro is heel dichtbij. Tickets kun je het beste via de HVV app kopen. Heb je wel een creditcard of paypal account voor nodig.

Koelkastje op de kamer zou wel prettig zijn. In de naaste omgeving is weinig goede horeca, daarvoor moet je toch echt naar het centrum. Het is trouwens wel handig om diner te reserveren want dat doet blijkbaar iedereen daar anders is nergens plek.

Die Lage ist wirklich ok, knapp 20 Min. ins Alte Land oder an den alten Elbtunnel. Das Personal war super nett und verständnisvoll. Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.

Naja, so richtig meckern wollen wir nicht, aber diese ganzen Schlüssel um diverse Dinge zu öffnen oder zu erreichen, das wirkt doch irgendwie unpersönlich. Aber vll. ist das ja auch die Zukunft. Das Frühstück war ok, aber auch nicht so gut wie andere Gäste es beschrieben haben.

Ein zufriedener Gast, der jederzeit wieder kommen würde.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral und wir waren in 5 Minuten an der S-Bahn. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr vielfältig und nachhaltig. Nichts war in Kunststoff verpackt, sondern wir konnten alles frisch genießen und einige Leckereien aus kleinen Gläschen essen. Außergewöhnlich gut. :-)

Der Föhn müsste ausgetauscht werden, er machte warm aber ohne Luft.
