Pleasant stay

We just wanted to wait for about 5 minutes in the waiting area but for some reason we weren’t aloud.

The breakfast was enjoyable.

The lady owner was extremely rude as we booked a hotel for two person and my little son had to come with us to wait for his mum to collect him but as soon as the lady saw she interviewed my son and she told like a police you should not talk I need answers from your little son and after that didn’t let him wait in the waiting area and told to get out without any reason. I told to his mum will come to collect him but the lady owner did not listen and she tried to cancel my booking. I had no choice but to take my son out and I called to my wife as soon as possible to collect. She asked me were I originally came from which I found very offensive. After my son got terrified of the lady he was in shock. I had no choice so I had to take my son outside because this was a knew country and If I cancelled my booking there was nowhere to stay.

Nice restaurant and a comfortable room.

We could sleep well, and the breakfast was pretty good. There was plenty of space to store our luggage. The furniture was very good. It was nice to have cold, free bottled water in the fridge in the room. The restaurant on the ground floor was very good. We enjoyed their food.

Nothing really to complaint. The location was rather distant, 20 minute-walk from the train station, but it was OK as we like walking.

Good Hotel but unfortunately they don’t care of you

Our plane for Hamburg was late of about 1 hour. At 23.15 when we landed I called the hotel to inform the staff about the delay asking to wait for us over the midnight closer. At the phone the guy of the staff was upset with me because check in time limit was up to 00.00 me, we arrived at 00.20, not very polite. Sorry but if you have an Hotel sometimes you deal with people that are traveling and delays can happen. I did feel my self welcome ! 👎 After 2 days I was ready for checking out, I called the reception at 10am and I informed them that I was in the need to leave the room at the very last minute at 11.55am , note that time limit of the regular check out was 12.00. For 4 times from 10am to 12pm every 20 minutes housekeeping/staff was entering my room without respecting my privacy. Unfortunately they didn’t care about me, the most important thing for them was to have the room cleaned before noon. 👎 Sad to say that customers needs are not on top of their priority list.

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung mit Hinweis zu zusätzlichen Parkplätzen und Weg zum Frühstücksraum, neue und moderne Ausstattung der Zimmer und des Badezimmers, gutes bequemes Bett, leckeres Frühstück

Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstraße, aber das kann man nun mal nicht ändern. Bei offenen Fenstern ist es dann eben laut.

Für kurze Aufenthalte ideal.

Das Zimmer war super sauber, schöne Dusche. Das Frühstück war ok, die Auswahl etwas schmal, aber noch in Ordnung. Der Kaffee ist gut. Das Restaurant ist mega! Super leckere griechische Küche.

Das Kopfkissen war nicht bequem (zu dünn), aber das ist natürlich individuell.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das griechische Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Als Übernachtung zur Reise nach DK perfekt. Kurze Anfahrt zur Autobahn.Frühstück ab 7.00 Uhr.

Die Zimmer zur Vorderseite also zur Straße sind nicht zu empfehlen. Lieber zum Innenhof Buchen.Ein muss,da Fenster öffnen sonst gar nicht geht.Extrem laut.

Schönes großes Zimmer

Ein sehr schönes, großes Zimmer. Das Zimmer und die ganze Anlage sind sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder in der Tiefgarage abstellen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Für jeden etwas dabei.

Für uns persönlich war nur die Lage des Zimmers nicht so optimal, da es direkt an einer 4 spurigen Straße liegt und es dadurch bei geöffneten Fenster sehr unruhig ist.

Das Hotel liegt an einer bundesstraße. Lautstärke ist entsprechend. Parkplatz zT schwer auffindbar, weil alle Leute aus dem Restaurant davor und dahinter parken und es sein kann, man findet eben keinen´...

Heel fijn Grieks hotel

Wij komen hier al jaren, vaak als we op doorreis zijn naar Scandinavië. Gewoon goed hotel met goede voorzieningen. Ook hebben ze een Grieks restaurant waar je echt heerlijk kunt eten. We blijven dit hotel zeker gebruiken 😁👍

Ze zijn op dit moment aan het uitbereiden maar hebben daar op zaterdag geen last van gehad.
