Great value, friendly, comfortable hotel in the centre if Valtournenche.

We had a great week in this homely, comfortable hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The minibus to and from the slopes ( only a 5 minute journey ) was very reliable and easy.

My wife and I are staying at this hotel for the second time and will come here again. Very close to ski lifts and great pistes nearby. Transfer from the hotel to the ski lifts. Very good hotel. Great staff, if there are any questions - the hotel staff always solves everything quickly and as well as possible for the client. Excellent breakfasts. Nice bar and restaurant at the hotel. Separately, I want to note the friendliness of the hotel staff to pets. We come to this hotel with our dog, they always put bowls for the dog and give us a small gift. It is very nice. The town itself is very beautiful, beautiful views, many different restaurants, you can always have lunch and dinner as you like.

Stayed at this hotel with my son while skiing. Good hotel. The rooms are warm. We had a room on the top floor with a great view of the mountains. It was quiet. The staff is friendly, they speak English at the reception. Good food. We had breakfast and dinner. Special thanks to the waiter Roman. Friendly, fast service, tried to help in everything. Each room has its own cabin for keeping skis and equipment on the ground floor. The hotel also has its own minibus that will deliver and pick you up from the nearest ski lifts. Everything is on top. We were satisfied. Recommended.

Simple and clean hotel in perfect location

Simple, clean and comfortable hotel. Also, convenient that hotel has a parking lot (if you drive a car). Staff was taking care of any question in family-run-hotel style attitude. Restaurants and shops in 3 min range if you use shortcut via small walk streets uphill. Ski rent just 2 min down the street. Overall - hotel price was affordable and meet expectations of what you pay and what you get. Definitely will come back

Outdated rooms. Expensive breakfast (9 euro per person per day). Only last day i noticed that other guests order eggs, but nobody asked me if i want too. So please improve service by asking your quests if they would like something that is not self-explanatory thing, like hot breakfast meal and what are the options. And if your staff does not speak english, you could print a 1-pager with a list of options or so :)

Comfortable and friendly lodging for skiing.

A comfortable hotel located in the centre of the village, popular with families and Groups and welcoming to individuale. The owner and staff both at reception and the restaurant are warm and welcoming. The hotel has it's own shuttle to the lift departure in winter which all worked smoothly. Our room and was spacious clean with a balcony looking down the valley. The restaurant has a good selection of local wines at reasonable prices. The bar has local bottled craft best again at reasonable prices. Dinner was three courses, portions contained but supplemented by a varied est what you want buffet with both hot and cold dishes.

We had modest requirements, a comfortable base for skiing and this hotel was fine.

Personnel super accueillant et sympa. Le petit déjeuner était incroyable et varié avec fruits frais buffer salé et sucré croissants et tout ce qui faut. Propreté impeccable.Emplacement calme nous avons eu une chambre qui donne sur la cour. Parking inclus dans le prix. Bus a proximité pour aller skier

Jeśli ktoś jedzie na narty, to jest to miejsce super. Świetne śniadania (bardzo dobre produkty, szynki, salami, sery, jajecznice i mnóstwo rzeczy na słodko). Wieczorem 3 daniowa, nieobowiązkowa, kolacja (zawsze do wyboru co najmniej dwa dania w każdym obszarze: zupa/pasta drugie desery) oraz super bufet sałatkowy. Wszystko za 15 eur (napoje płatne ekstra). Przechowalnia do nart, ogrzewana z suszeniem butów) Rano transfer (5 minut) na dolną stację Valtournenche po 16.00 transport powrotny. Bardzo mili właściciele (wszyscy pracują w hotelu). Na pewno tam wrócimy

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Tutto come me lo aspettavo da un hotel a 3 stelle.

Pulizia ottima. La stanza e il bagno erano molto ampi e lo staff gentilissimo. La colazione era abbondante e varia, mentre la cena in linea con un hotel a 3 stelle (buona).

La posizione un po’ scomoda per raggiungere gli impianti (ci si deve spostare in macchina).

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e soddisfacente

Colazione ottima e abbondante, sia dolce che salata. La stanza era molto grande con un bagno comodo e ben ristrutturato. La biancheria è stata cambiata ogni 2/3 giorni. Nell'hotel c'è una stanza giochi per i bambini, con moltissimi giocattoli. Vi è la possibilità di fare la mezza pensione ed anche la pensione completa a prezzo contenuto. La proprietaria dell'albergo e tutto il personale sono molto gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta.
