The architecture and design were why we booked and the ski location. The climbing wall as an alternative for the children. Swimming pool and hot tub too.

The early evening dining options for family’s. The food is too rich and expensive in the Summit and Japanese and the bar menu is tiny between 5-7 when children want to eat. This became an issue for what, when and how to feed our children. Local restaurants were fully booked as busy season.

Overpriced and incompetent management.

The staff were very kind and hospitable. The spa was well designed and comprehensive.

The staff were clueless and the management of the front of house and the kitchen was horrendous. They had to give us dinner free twice with a value around 800 euros because they were so late and incompetent with the meals. One night they even told us our meals were 2 hour late because they were too busy looking after the owner of the hotel and that we were not important enough!! They have recently appointed a new GM - he has to work very hard to fix this place. Do not go as it is awful value for money and the experience is not great.

Exceptional hotel in the heart of the Monterosa

We stayed with our dog for one night during a multi-day hike, and it was by far the best hotel we stayed at in the area. The rooms are stunning, with two levels (duplex), and pets are welcome — for an extra fee, but they get a nice bed, bowls, and treats. The breakfast had an incredible array of buffet options, as well as some "a la carte" dishes which were incredible (I still remember the french toast in particular). More importantly, the staff is super helpful — we needed a taxi on our departure day to avoid an extra long hike, and since no taxis were available until the afternoon, they made an exception and drove us to our destination in their private shuttle car. We'll definitely be staying there again, and hopefully for more than just one day to make the most of the amazing spa, indoor swimming pool, and to try the indoor rock climbing center!

Beautiful relaxed hotel in woodland setting

Fantastic designed modern hotel with great facilities. Staff were great and very obliging. Pool and outdoor sauna/hot tub were great after a ski day. Pick up and drop off service into village was a bonus especially for tired legs after a ski day Rock climbing wall was a bonus.

Location is good, 20 min walk from ski lift but there is a shuttle bus they run. Great climbing wall on-site, nice swimming pool. Big rooms on two levels

we had big problem with the payment! we paid twice the amount, first after recieved mail from booking.com. and second in hotel who said not having payment. The customer service of booking is a real disaster, very hard to communicate with them. after two weeks still not solved! bitter end of very nice holiday

Excellent, well worth a visit if you can afford it!

Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were incredible - hope they get a nice end of season bonus ;) everyone was so happy to help, and the manager greeted everyone every morning - visitors and staff alike, which I really appreciated.

Can’t fault the place at all really, I just hope prices stay reasonable as I would love to visit again.

Very pricey food and activities, so be prepared for sn expensive stay. But in most cases it is well worth the price difference to those of champoluc.

An amazing ski holiday at an amazing hotel.

CampZero was absolutely fantastic. The amenities were great, especially the pool, climbing wall and wellness centre, and the food was delicious. However, the best thing about the hotel was the service. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. It was 5-star luxury without any of the pretentiousness.
