The apartment was very spacious with comfortable beds, clean, soft bedding & pillows. The hotel is quite central-we were able to get taxis or careem’s to most places easily. The staff were helpful & kind for the most part.
Breakfast buffet was varied, included healthy options & allergens were displayed clearly.
We did think the decor would have benefited from an update- it was solid quality but rather old & tired. The cleaning was not as thorough as we expected- for instance the bedside lamps were dusty, especially around the insides. Though drinking water was to be replenished daily, we had to ask for it. Another odd thing is decaffeinated coffee/tea is uncommon.
The ladies salon on the ground floor were unprofessional- we got there when it was supposed to be open but it was empty. When someone arrived, she was on the phone instead of attending to waiting clients.

We stayed 4 nights, in a 1 bedroom apartment. The view was nice
Room wasn’t ready when we came at check in time. They put us to different room and said, this is the room you booked, which had no view, while I specifically booked a room with a view. After speaking to them, I found out the room wasn’t re, what I didn’t like they were not honest about it from the start. They gave us complimentary dinner that day apologising.
Another thing happened on day 1, which really impacted our mood is: We also had 2 kids, sleeping in the couch. We didn’t get their beddings until 10.30pm, while we started asking for beddings from 8.30pm. I called them around 5 times, they kept on saying it is coming soon, after speaking to manager and telling him we will checkout with full money back, then they sent the staff with beddings. I do believe they don’t have enough staff & management not well organised enough

nothing, there was smell from the below and the duvet wasn't a real duvet it was the worse one i used in my life
During my stay at your hotel, I experienced what was honestly the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
The housekeeping service was extremely poor. Towels were removed and not replaced. Used amenities such as shower caps and other bathroom items were not replenished. Despite repeatedly requesting replacements and reporting the issue to reception several times, no corrective action was taken.
The room was not cleaned properly at all. The bed was only poorly arranged, and nothing else was attended to. The floors were not cleaned from the first day of our stay. Used coffee cups were left untouched for four nights, and by the time we were checking out, there were around ten dirty cups accumulated in the room. Items left on the table were never cleaned or cleared. Anything that was finished in the room was simply not replaced.
In addition to the unacceptable housekeeping standards, there was significant disturbance during the last two days of our stay. Window cleaning began early in the morning, creating excessive noise and waking us up. We were not informed in advance. We paid a substantial amount of money to rest and enjoy our stay, not to be disturbed by maintenance work early in the morning.
Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience and far below the standard expected from any reputable hotel.

I recently stayed at Grand Millennium Al Waha Abu Dhabi, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Our one-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. The facilities were excellent, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
A special and heartfelt thank you to Ahmad Magdy, the manager, who was exceptionally accommodating throughout our stay. His professionalism, kindness, and readiness to assist made a huge difference and elevated our entire experience.

31 floor bar is uninviting for a nice location, i strongly recommend renovating this space making it a more inviting place

I like that the breakfast area is spacious and never feels too crowded. The food selection is decent, and the apartment itself is impressively large.
There was a cockroach in the kitchen area, which was uncomfortable for us given that all the plates and utensils are kept there. The kitchen faucet and the sink in the shower room had visible mould. The sofa looked worn, the carpet was dirty, and the blanket had small bumps on it, which didn’t feel pleasant.

Clean and well maintained room, the property is starting to show its age and its location is ideal.
Checking in took an hour to complete, room was not ready even though we informed in advance about our arrival. We eventually asked to be served coffee while we waited.

The location is our favourite part of this hotel! It is connected to Al Wahda Mall so very convenient for food and shopping. Excellent customer service too, especially Kamal who had helped us with our luggage when we checked in.
The hotel room is old, and the furniture and bath furnishings are in desperate need of an upgrade. There were holes in the sofas, stains on the dining chairs and rugs, the anti-slip tape for the tubs are peeling off, moldy paste on the bath fixtures and tub as quick fixes, also kitchen cabinet doors are falling apart. It was 13 years since we first stayed here - we absolutely loved it then, but it was sad to see that nothing at all has changed or been upgraded.
