The service

It was an excellent property, we loved it.

Only one thing was, we felt the living room area was too dark. I know that it created a good ambience but there should have been some extra lamps / lights.

Its exceptional, the 2 bed apt was extremely spacious. Almost too big, but great, enough to hide from my kids! The service from Yassine and the team was impeccable and the quality of the property is fantastic. Very well maintained and kudos to the entire team, the function as a proper team should. Exceptional

Firstly its a fabulous location. Secondly, the apartments are spacious, clean and the amenties are far more than i even expected, i have high standards too. They clean the apartments so well everyday and in my opinion they are better than hotels

• far from Yas like 30 min by car • reception was not available most of the time to open the flats reception door • there is no space to dry the washed clothes for the kids

There is nothing i didnt like

We would like to express our special gratitude to the hotel staff! The service is 10 out of 10! We are very satisfied with our stay! We definitely recommend it! The children were playing in the pool on the 8th floor, In the evening, we noticed that our daughter's earring was missing! We weren't even sure if it had been lost in the pool! The next day, the earring was found in the pool filter and returned to us!! Regarding the apartments, they were exceptionally clean upon arrival and in public areas! The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped! There were 2 adults and 2 children. We cooked at home. There was everything we needed. There was a large supermarket and a shopping mall nearby with everything we needed. The pool was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and it was much better in the apartment building on the 8th floor than on the roof of the hotel (where we went in the summer). In the winter, it might be better on the roof, as it was completely sheltered from the wind. The staff was extremely friendly and responsive to our requests and needs! The shopping mall on the 0th floor has sports grounds: roller rentals, table tennis, and badminton.

Huge 2 bedroom apartment. 3 bathrooms. Very clean. Washing machine and small detergent made my day. Very quiet. Shopping mall just across the road. Helpful staff. We forgot the backpack outside of the hotel . The staff member took it inside and send it to us by taxi. Thank you guys!

Room service doesn’t serve alcohol in the apartments. I Don’t understand why.

If you’re staying in the apartments you can only use the apartment pool on the 8th floor (not the hotel pool) - not a big issue but worth mentioning

every thing was perfect

This was a suite with lots of space, furniture, cushions, and a full kitchen (if you need one). Washer/dryer was a plus, as were the dual sinks and extra towels in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet in the adjacent Marriott hotel offers expansive selections that change daily. Cooked-to-order Indian and other Asian options were the real thing. Chef should bottle and sell his fig compote (don’t miss it).

Outlet locations are a little limited. No USB ports, so bring an adapter.

The worst hotel apartments I ever stayed, there no necessities in the rooms such as trash cans and mirrors, the staff almost wants to kick you out of the hotel when you’re checking out , the breakfast buffet is so bad no variety, the Wi-Fi was unbelievable in the apartment until the last day they send someone to fix it!!! and it take ages until the room service answers your calls.. WHAT WASTE OF MONEY

I booked 3 bedroom apartment with breakfast. Comfortable rooms, very spacious and clean. Pool at the 8th floor is covered and with amazing city views. Facilities are perfect. Buffet just so so. The good parts stop there.

This apartment is next to the Marriott hotel. The entrance to the apartment’s reception is a glass door on the side of the building. There is only a small seating area, nothing grand unlike the hotel’s main lobby. Upon arrival, no one was there. Waited about three minutes until i saw a sign on the desk to either dial for assistance or check-in at the hotel. I decided to go to the hotel lobby instead. Went outside to find the hotel reception , i didnt realise the heat outside was too much. (I later found out there is a connecting entry between the apartment and hotel- without going outside when the concierge helped us with the luggage) During check-in, at the reception Mohamed did the standard spiel about pre-authorisation charges. I said yes. But i don’t remember him clearly asking me if I wanted to pay now. I checked my bank app right away and i can see I was already charged at $1731.90 Aud.. i understood it to be i have already paid. On the check out day, this time i checked out at the apartment’s reception and was assisted by Gladwin. He told me my total charges , it was different from what i was charged earlier. I asked what was the extra charge for. He said from the breakfast. I told him our booking is inclusive of breakfast and should not be charged. He called the restaurant and confirmed it that no extra charges should have been made. Then he asked me to tap my card on their machine. I said i already paid. He said it was only a pre-authorisation and to complete the purchase i need to tap my card. I showed him my bank app that i was already charged. He couldnt care less and insisted i need to tap it to complete. I was hesitant but i trusted that he knows what he is doing. When i tapped , i was charged on my credit card again at $1855.23aud ( this was the erroneous charge). I blew off and demanded to speak with the manager. Mohamed came and explained that during check in he only did pre-authorisation, i said i get that.

every think was excellent

there was no iron machine. awaiting long time to have one.
