I took a 1BHK Hotel Apartment and it was peaceful stay experience. Ivory Hotel Apartment was Near to abhu dhabi mall and we found more restaurants near by.

the rooms are so dirty!!! We were there as a family, so my 9t old kid was supposed to sleep on the sofa. the cover of the sofa was “red” colour may be 40y ago. now it is all in stains dark gray/black dusty🤮 The ceiling is in stains and broken, tbe same about the walls. Please understand, about the cleaning stuff from their side everything was ok: floors and kitchen were clean, but believe me, you don’t want e en to touch the plush sofa or the walls. And toilet was leaking!!!!! We cancelled next 2 nights and changed the hotel for Royal Rose as we needed to have a recovery of this nightmare

Worst service from the staff

Location

Staff behavior. Extremely rude and unaccomodating. I had some friends coming over which they refused their entr accusing them of staying over. This was completely inappropriate and unnecessary. They started saying visitors not allowed which was basically not stated anywhere when I checked in the room. Never going back to this property again. Also the interiors are dated, bathroom is old and bed is extra hard and terrible.

Very inhabitable place and uncomfortable

The hotel rooms were very dirty. Nothing worked in the kitchen (stove, microwave, kettle). Very old furniture, And scary looking stove, microwave and fridge. The toilets didnt flush and the rooms were leaking, there was water all over. The place is inhabitable and I would kindly request a refund.
