Had a great 8 days just chilling and enjoying the hotel and local ambiance.

First stayed here 9 years ago, and since then the hotel has undergone some extensive renovations. Most notably are the extensive works to the beach area and to the outdoor dining experience , both adding to the allure of the resort. After some minor problems which l must add were not solely the fault of the hotel, we had an excellent stay and would readily return when back in Abu Dhabi. Must mention May ( front of staff ) who went of her way to make our stay as enjoyable as it was, many thanks !

A lovely hotel with a great location and amazing staff adjacent to Abu Dhabi Mall!

This hotel has an amazing location. It's in the centre of everything and it is attached to Abu Dhabi Mall making it very convenient for shopping and restaurants/cafes. You don't even need to go outside, there is a door from the hotel that takes you directly to the mall in less than 1 minute. The staff in the hotel is very professional and very hospitable. They really try to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and they are very kind and helpful. They upgraded us to a fantastic impressive suite because it was my birthday which really made our stay very special. They also sent me a happy birthday cake and arranged a late check out too. Special thanks to the front office managers Eileen and Elias as well as Mitranda. Also many thanks to Sei. The hotel has many lovely restaurants with various cuisines that have lovely patios located very close to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel!

Unfortunately, many of restaurants wanted men’s feet covered to go into restaurants ! So as we had quality sandals not flip flops but they weren’t allowed

A lovely, relaxing stay with wonderful breakfast & comfy room!

A beautiful hotel with a wonderfully comfortable room. Breakfast was fantastic with a really good range of food and the courtyard space was a lovely area to spend chilling & reading my book!

The pool & beach areas were incredibly busy and there is some construction work nearby the noise from which is hard to escape.

all things been better and shows the hotel beauty by the guide of the front desk manager - I forgot the name sorry- the Egyptian man. as well as Mr. Saleh.

Usman in the front desk he let us back and forth for more than 3 hours, he couldn't satisfy or even understand our requirements for the room, additionally he didn't regret about the mess he made for our check in he like want to the manager to fix everything - even the manager stayed much longer time out of his duty until he assured that we staled.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with a beautiful view. Breakfast had a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The pool area was relaxing and well-maintained, perfect for unwinding.

Check-out took quite a long time because there were many visitors. However, the concierge team was very helpful and kindly kept my luggage safe until I returned.

The room was great value for money. The staff were very friendly, always smiling.

Around 5-6 pm, the beach had soapy bubbles and floaters that I couldn't figure out where they came from. The beach facility was superb, and lifeguards are present all the time.

The staff were very prompt and helpful at check-in and check-out. The pool is beautiful! As well as the jacuzzi.

We were put in the overflow room for the breakfast buffet. There could have been a bit more options at breakfast.

Alright but wouldn't go again.

Staff were alright, tried to help as much as possible, but they didn't resolve issues. I had to call 3 times to get a manager to call me back.

Extremely uncomfortable rooms, always loud around, you can literally hear the people in the rooms around you, and we complained multiple times about the noise, but nothing happened. We also found a hair strand in the breakfast, and all we got was Sorry, could we get you something? Didn't feel like a 5-star at all.

Fun beach getaway

Upon checking-in, our room was upgraded with a sofa bed. The room was clean and I love the view from the balcony. The bed was spacious. My children enjoyed swimming at the beach. I asked them for a cake as a surprise for my husband for Father’s Day and they did. We also got a complimentary fruits basket. We really enjoyed our stay. Hope we can try their pool next time after the renovation.

The only downside is that their rooms are not soundproof. We could hear the noise from the crying children from the room beside us.
