    A heartfelt thank you to Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort – Corniche for making our son’s 1st birthday celebration extra special! 🎂💙✨ Special thanks to Rajbee, Ramsan, and Rica for the wonderful hospitality and warm accommodation. We truly appreciate the complimentary birthday cake, beautiful room decorations, and the thoughtful room upgrade. These lovely surprises made our little boy’s milestone even more memorable. 🥹🎈 We also enjoyed the full-board dining experience — the food was wonderful, and everything exceeded our expectations! From the service to the food and overall experience, everything was fantastic. Thank you for making our son’s first birthday celebration so memorable and for making our family feel so welcome.     From check-in to check-out, our stay at the Sheraton on the Corniche was smooth, comfortable and truly special. By the end of it, we didn’t want to leave. Every member of staff we met was polite and warm, and always had a smile ready. The person I’ll remember most, though, is Mr Ashok Suror, the Security In-charge. After returning from sight seeing , I realised I had left my phone in the cab that dropped us at the hotel. When I told the front desk, Mr Ashok appeared almost out of nowhere. He calmly asked for a few basic details and then said, “Don’t worry, carry on with your day. I’ll see that you get it back.” I’ll admit I was sceptical. I went about my day not expecting much. That evening, I casually asked at the counter whether there was any news, and voilà, there was my phone, waiting for me. There was no fuss and no drama; it was simply done. It looked effortless, but I’m sure a lot went on behind the scenes to make it happen. The same is true of everything that made our stay so comfortable, and I’m grateful to the whole team for it. It’s true what they say: not all superheroes wear capes. Thank you, Mr Ashok, and thank you to everyone at the Sheraton for making our stay so special.

    I want to share feedback about my one night stay at Sheraton Abu Dhabi. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below five-star expectations. The arrival was chaotic with more than an hour wait just to reach the entrance, with no effective traffic or valet coordination. Check-in was delayed, with only one of our two rooms available, and the second room not provided until around8:00 p.m. Luggage was also delayed. Although we specifically requested two connecting rooms, the staff mistakenly connected a third room, creating further confusion. In contrast, breakfast was well organized and the team there was attentive. Food and dinner were acceptable. But overall, the arrival experience, valet, check-in, room allocation, and luggage delivery were poorly managed.
