Not a 5 star residence, no valet. Not worth the price. Below average.

Bed was comfortable, location is great.

1. Reception & Arrival Experience The reception team requires significant improvement in hospitality standards. There was no proper welcome, no warmth, and no sense of arrival expected from a five-star residence. The atmosphere felt transactional, almost like a grocery store counter rather than a luxury property. There is no valet service available. I had to wait outside for several minutes before someone arranged for a porter to assist with my luggage. The overall first impression felt closer to a motel than a five-star residence. 2. Kitchen Hygiene & Odor The kitchen was a major disappointment. The cupboards had a noticeable fish odor, and the dishware and cutlery also smelled like fish. When I rinsed a plate with water, the odor reduced slightly, but it was still present. I did not feel comfortable using the glasses or kitchen items. This is unacceptable for a serviced residence. 3. Kitchen Equipment & Amenities Several essential kitchen items were missing. For a property marketed as a residence, the kitchen should be fully equipped with clean and complete dishware and cutlery. 4. Bathroom Amenities Basic toiletries such as toothbrushes and shaving kits are not readily available in the room. Guests must call to request them. For a five-star residence, these items should either be standard in-room amenities or proactively offered. 5. Room Upgrade Not Worth It I paid for an upgrade to a premium one-bedroom apartment. It was absolutely not worth the additional cost. I cannot compare it to the standard room, but the upgraded apartment did not reflect premium value in terms of service, presentation, or overall experience. 6. Lack of Luxury Touches There were no welcoming chocolates, dates, flowers, or any gesture that reflects hospitality. For a five-star residence, small details matter. Overall, this property does not meet five-star residence standards in terms of service, presentation, or attention to detail. I will not be returning.

Very enjoyable and convenient.

This was my second time staying at this complex. It was clean, spacious and well serviced. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room very good with high quality furniture. Bathroom exceptional. Location is excellent within walking distance of Galleria Mall and basically attached to Abu Dhabi mall. Very good restaurants on site. Plenty of variety in food and drink to suit all tastes. Beach area clean and well maintained. Pool clean and at a perfect temperature. Two good gyms, with the main gym being very well resourced with a perfectly adequate one in the residences. Overall a very good venue.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The flat was spacious, well stocked and very clean. The shower was excellent. Easy to get to other places from this location (Rosewood, AD Louvre).

Microwave didn't work so well; couldn't quite figure out the TV.

Beyond my expectations

I would like to thanks warmly Joel from the Reception Management Team. He amazingly took care of the issue I faced with the studio I was supposed to get and upgraded me in a beautiful 2 bedrooms appartment. His professionalism and customer success/excellence was remarkable and for sure I will be back because of the quality of the hotel but also because of the amazing staff. Joel I can't thank you enough. I hope you will read this message and look forward to seeing again for my next visit in 2/3 weeks On top: -recent hotel -very nicely decorated -super well located -appartement extremely well equiped and furnished -Excellent value for money

It was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had worldwide.

To be honest nothing

I stayed at this hotel in Abu Dhabi and paid a very high amount for one night, but unfortunately everything was disappointing. Here are the details of my experience: 1. The hotel was not clean, and there were unpleasant smells in the hallways. 2. When we first entered the apartment, there was a terrible odor coming from the kitchen. I reported it to the management, and instead of solving the problem, they placed exhaust fans in every corner, which stayed with us for the entire stay and looked very unpleasant. 3. The curtains couldn’t be closed properly, and again we had to call the management to send a technician to fix them. 4. The worst part was the shower. There was no cold water at all — only extremely hot water. We called the plumber, but he couldn’t solve the issue, which made us feel like we were there to fix the apartment ourselves instead of enjoying our stay. 5. Finally, when I asked the staff to bring my car, I waited for half an hour, only to find out that they had misplaced it and couldn’t locate it at first. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I definitely do not recommend anyone to stay here.

The rooms are pretty full with things, I guess mainly because the rooms are often used for longer periods by business people. The breakfast was good, but I missed some the things that made it perfect like fresh orange juice, whole wheat bread or a selection of some fresh jams. The beach and pool are shared with the other rotana hotel and thus not in front of the hotel. There is not a nice indoor playground for children, only one tiny room.

made a mistake of choosing the residence not the hotel part. Very dull and boring. Extremely quiet if u like that, most people staying here are longtime residents. The parking floors were problematic, no instructions, some floors were for longtime residents but no one tells u that. Very weird and uncomfortable layout ! Choose the hotel part which is more lively. The staff were something else! from the front desk lady who knows nothing!even the name of the next door restaurant, when asked she denied it existed!! When the bellboy heard her he came towards us to correct the info! the restaurant was 50m from the entrance!!In addition, on the day of check out, the bellboy was hesitant to help us put the luggage in the car!! this made me regret choosing this place

Great hotel apartment

Loved the view from the studio apartment; the hotel's facilities such as the gym and pool. Loved the close proximity to the beach and Abu Dhabi mall. The studio apartment exceeded our expectations with its cute kitchen and useful appliances (washing machine etc). We had a great stay and will definitely visit again.

Great location with a room too small for length of stay

Location was as expected. Staff were friendly and very helpful, understanding and accommodating to our needs/wishes. Too many maintenance issues but the staff did respond quickly to fix

My bad and I will get a bigger room in future, but the room - even with a balcony - was too cramped. The room came with ridiculous fittings: 1) a beside light with three legs that covered the whole beside table area and was unstable enough to obliterate the function of a bedside table and was nearly knocked over all the time. 2) A stupid, stupid floor standing room light that over-arched into the room, taking up room space and was so low I kept hitting my head on it; ended up having to move the thing so a) it was out of the way and b) did not do any good re its supposed lighting function. It's the little things sometimes

Good location; easy to get into the city. The staff was wonderful, very helpful, and friendly. The beds were very firm—too firm for my liking. Breakfast was good, which my daughter enjoyed a lot. The service was terrific, and the room was 5 stars. Little bit pricy, but it deserved it. Thank you.
