What I was most satisfied with was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and my request for a late check-out on the last day was handled very generously, which I truly appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Initial room smell from heavy smoking I was moved to an accessible room (that’s fine) but it was just not good: no decent shower, no water pressure in the shower, tiny sink and no room to put my things next to it (shaving cream, etc). AC was stuck at cold temperature and the thermostat did not work.

We had booked our stay by paying the entire amount a month ago - we booked the royal suite room . But when we reached the hotel we were given a normal room when we told them that we booked royal suite They told us that the hotel is overbooked and there is no royal suite available . We asked them for other room they showed us the deluxe suite which was like a downgrade and not an upgrade . We asked once again for a royal suite they said take the normal room now by the time u go around the city and come back by evening we will get a room ready . We had come back after 6 hours but still they asked us to wait for another few minutes because some repairs are still going . End of the day when we got the room it was nothing close to the pictures The pics and the room was very very very different . We go to the pool and store our items in the locker room , by the time we finished our swimming and went back to changing rooms our lockers were locked and the guy had left the premises It took us another 1 hour to get the boy back and get the lockers opened This experience we did not expect . The only compensation we got was one dinner that’s all . Never booking via Expedia again . How can there be a confusion when it is prepaid ?

In general, the hotel is of a high standard, and the staff, especially during breakfast service, were excellent. However, the carpet in our room was stained. An unexpected incident occurred when I mistakenly entered the wrong room, thinking it was mine. I was able to open the door with my key card, which should have only granted access to my assigned room. I reported the matter to the reception staff, and while he did replace the key, he didn't seem surprised by the mistake. He handled the situation as if it were a routine issue, which I found unacceptable.

Although there were some facilities like Gym & Spa not available on site due to the improvement works being carried out, everything else was superb there. Staff members at Reception, Valet parking and in their restaurants were simply amazing and went above and beyond their usual service level. Collectively they all made sure our stay was comfortable and attended to all our requests and needs. Hannegil, Fatima, Sudip, Abbas & Aasif were all great and been extremely friendly with our family ! Would love to visit again in future...

This stay started rocky but the receptionist made it up to us quickly. We arrived at 3:00 pm and the hotel was fully booked and struggling to get prior guests to check-out on time and therefore have rooms cleaned and ready. However, the young lady at the front desk was patient and calm, and we had a gorgeous room within 30 minutes. The room was spacious and luxurious and we enjoyed our stay. The outdoor can get full quickly, as it is not very large. There were many families in the pool so we didn't stay too long. The Irish pub has great food and beverages, and you have to go to the restaurant at the top for a cocktail, just to take in the view
