Spotless rooms with a lot of sunlight, very spacious and clean bathrooms. I loved the size of the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the tea / coffee amenities, the toiletries and number of towels , soft pillows were very pleasing to us. We had a lovely stay. The breakfast choice was goid, but the taste of a few dishes like the gyoza was mediocre. All in all- a great stay.

Hotel did not have the correct configuration of beds despite advance notice, claimed Hotel.com did not inform them regarding the paid breakfast. Lost a few hours finding resolutions. The breakfast was never resolved.

I enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Dusit Thani for 7 nights while attending a conference in Abu Dhabi. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious and quiet. The outdoor swimming pool was fabulous, and large enough to swim laps. I would highly recommend the buffet breakfast as it one of the most extensive I’ve ever encountered, catering to all tastes. Another standout feature is the wonderful staff - everyone I met was professional, helpful and kind.

Checked in with Shakr, me and my daughters booked two rooms for one night we arrived 9 PM for check in. Shakr was very nice and professional to accommodate us on the assigned rooms. Valet service was very professional and quick. Room was specious , super clean. The decoration was too classic but well kept. bathroom was very spacious as well nicely laid out with all the needed amenities. I like their bathrobes. AC in the room was just perfect, bed was toward the firm side, but it was very comfortable as well The hotel is connected to a medical center supermarket and a pharmacy for your convenience Multiple dining outlets within the hotel itself very pleasant, comfortable stay I would prefer the hotel if I am in the side of abudhabi next time

Very nice hotel and the staff are lovely, nice restaurants and a small mcgettigans, good area for travelling over Abu Dhabi. breakfast is good but can get busy, the variety is great although for me the turkey bacon and chicken sausage needed more cooking but that’s just a requirement for me. We had a lovely meal in Benjarong, waiter Kendrick was really nice and helpful.

Pleasant, good breakfast, spacious But v slow reception staff and check in . And some sloppiness at the breakfast table staff. Also the closed set up means sound from noisy kids can travel between floors Staff keen to please and everything perfectly pleasant other than a few irritants above
