The staff very very helpful and friendly! They gladly held our bags when we arrived a bit early, and again when we left. They also helped change our room to a two bed, when we were initially given one bed.
Our room faced the busy street, so it was fairly noisy with horns and sirens. It didn't keep us up at night, but just a note for light sleepers. The neighborhood didn't feel unsafe at all, but may be slightly more downturn than expected.

Cleanliness is superb! Highly recommended
The staff were friendly. We arrived ahead of check in time but we were able to left our laguage to the hotel and we went on strolling the place.
