Staff very nice.
Room big enough for our family, 2 adults and 2 kids.
Surprisingly good breakfast.
Connections to city centre within 10-15mins of walking.
Location is not the best, but not a major complain.
Beds are on the soft side. Not may taste, but others could like it.
Only 1 chair in the room, although it could accommodate between 1 and 4 people.

The hotel itself was okay, and the staff at breakfast were very nice and friendly. However, when it comes to the reception, it was a completely different story. There was no proper welcome at all.

I had already paid for my stay through Booking.com in advance and informed the receptionist about it, even showing my invoice as proof of payment. Despite this, the next day my room access was blocked, and I had to explain the situation to another member of staff.
They insisted that I had only added my card details and had not actually paid. I asked them to check my Booking.com reservation, and eventually it turned out that I was right and the payment had indeed been made.
Very disappointing experience with the reception, especially considering that the payment had already been made and I had provided proof. The breakfast staff were lovely, but the reception service definitely needs improvement.
