The location is great the staff was very helpful
The room was very small, there was only one flat sheet as a bedding for 2 people, the coffee and tea stock was not re -stocked we had to be asking every morning for re- stock

Our family room was a great size, larger than expected, and perfect for our needs.
Cleaned every day except Saturday, we stayed for a week.
We have stayed here before, but a long time ago.

location on a frequent metro route ; closeness to subway station and our arrival train station
neighborhood is friendly , middle class area with a wide choice of good vietnamese restaurants ( all price ranges)
staff nice and friendly
breakfast "made to order" by staff
room very small ; very steep staircases are difficult to handle with luggage , even travelling light
price a bit high for the overall experience
