    The hotel is well-located, close to the metro and not far from the city center. The staff are friendly but a bit laid-back, you don't get the feeling they are immediately ready to help if you have a question. The room is decent but nothing special. It lacks a fridge surprising for a 4 star hotel and we were told that one is only available upon request. I’d never heard of that before. Breakfast is decent, though the selection isn't huge. There is a lot of noise in the hallway, the doors creak, and the rooms have poor soundproofing.

    The room was spacious (bigger than evrage in Paris in thsi price range) and beautifully decorated, nice garden, the location is great, metro line to all sights is close and the staff was very kind.

    it's very close to place d'italie so access to the metro is super convenient, the room is super clean and tidy. they have nice little touches like your own cafetiere instead of capsules or pouches. about 10 mins walk to mouffetard and 30 mins by metro to gard du Nord. would stay again. they have an adorable hotel cat who is super affectionate ground floor rooms do sort of lack privacy tho as they have full length windows and anyone walking into the courtyard can look into your room if you have the curtains open
