The location in a quiet neighborhood very close to 3 metro lines made it easy to get to everything we wanted to see. The is a bakery, a grocery store and plenty of local restaurants/bars full of people. The breakfast was very well appointed. The room was clean as expected. The bed was very comfortable.
There were no grab bars in the shower, the exhaust fan didn't work and no mini refrigerator.

Location is great, metro and bus stations are 3 minutes walk from the hotel, and it is safe.
Breakfast is good for the price, there are multiple options, not too much but enough.
Staff is friendly and professional.
Rooms are small but that is standard for Paris i think, but they are clean and comfortable, bathroom is spacious.
Everything is easely accesible by wheelchair.

Nice area, the lady who did our check in was great very kinds I even ordered something to the hotel and they saved it for me. I truly appreciate that.
The mattress is terrible, I have sciatica and I couldn’t sleep properly at all. Thank god I had my hot bottle water with me and medication. One of the receptionist during night time said something inappropriate to me -
I didn’t expect to happen in France.
