A decent hotel in a good location.

The location is great. Right ne the metro and easy to get around Paris from there. There a few restaurants, bakery's & shops close by. The rooms are clean & comfortable. Nice & cosy. It's also quiet. The staff are friendly & helpful.

I didn't "dislike" anything, really. The rooms are a little tired with some plastering & decorating needed in parts. However, the hotel seemed to be working on this as there was work ongoing. There was no kettle in the room... which for a person who likes tea (and takes his own tea bags lol) was a slight inconvenience, but nothing more than that. We will definitely stay again on our return to Paris.

I stayed at another Ibis last time and was better for the same price

Location is very good, close to metro Breakfast was good, though there were not vegetables at all. But it’s common in Paris

Very poor sound insulation- you can hear absolutely everything if someone goes to the bathroom. You can also hear the neighbors walking around in their room. The mattresses are too soft. Just 2 towels for 2 people No glasses, you can only take a disposable cup in the lobby No safe, no fridge

It’s ok!

Nice area, the lady who did our check in was great very kinds I even ordered something to the hotel and they saved it for me. I truly appreciate that.

The mattress is terrible, I have sciatica and I couldn’t sleep properly at all. Thank god I had my hot bottle water with me and medication. One of the receptionist during night time said something inappropriate to me - I didn’t expect to happen in France.

Great location but v tired Ibis

Good location

Some of the staff were rude and not helpful e.g. when I requested something for breakfast I had to ask a couple of times, we were also requested to stop talking whilst we checked in! Rooms were tired - the a/ c didn’t work in ours, the window was locked so we had a fan to keep our room cool. The mattress had a plastic protective sheet that was really uncomfortable in a hot room! Won’t be staying again - Ibis needs to up its game as room rates weren’t cheap.

Convenient and comfy but far from perfect

Very convenient location, comfortable double bed and pillows, and a quiet hotel for a good night sleep after long days of walking.

Breakfast was very disappointing. My partner cannot have gluten or dairy, and the only gluten-free option was bread with nothing to put on it as everything had dairy. The only non-dairy choice was fruit, and staff could not offer anything more when asked. The scrambled eggs tasted artificial as they were from a pre-made mix. We skipped breakfast after the first morning, which was frustrating as it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. We also received stained towels three days in a row.

The room is always clean whenever you want and although we left all our belongings, we did not experience any loss or missing situation. It is also a little far from the center, but you can solve this situation thanks to the means of transportation. Very close to transportation vehicles.

The room we were given was a bit small and located on the ground floor. So it was noisy and low. It also has a parking lot for 6 or 8 people, but the entrance to the parking lot is so narrow that you have to remember to take your heart medication with you :))

Dining room is to small for many guests. The 2nd room in the basement is no option. The entrance of parking garage is very small . Only for specialists with normal car size.

1st room very small and power not reliable. Changed rooms next morning and placed into a larger room. Didn't like no refrigerator and rooms very hot, I think bed mattress topper is like Tempur, retains the heat.

One of my best stays at an IBIS hotel, great price for the service, location and staff.

The staff was great, very accommodating, they helped us with keeping our baggages when we arrived earlier than our scheduled check-in, as well as when we checked out so we got to visit the city more. The room was also cleaned every day when we left the sign on the door. The location was great, as well, very close to the metro station and other supermarkets, boulangeries, cafes or restaurants. The terrace was also very nice for when we wanted to eat our breakfast in the sun, in the days when it didn't rain. The bed was large and comfortable, the room temperature was very easy to change to our liking. The shower was spacious.

The room was a bit small for two people who had baggage for a week, but we managed to keep our things as compact as possible. For the price, that was not such big of a deal. Another issue that we seemed to have is that the rooms are very close together so that we could see in other people's rooms if their curtains were not covering them, so we knew that other people could see in our room, as well. It was a bit hard to let the window open to get some air in the room if we knew people could see us changing. And a minor aspect is that the breakfast was not very diverse so we had a week of basically eating the same thing every morning. I am a vegetarian, while my partner is not, and he had more options to choose from. Since I eat dairy and eggs, it was alright for me, as well, but the plant-based options were not that great. I think a vegan person would have some issues finding something to eat if their stay was longer. (This is a common issue in hotels and restaurants, however. For now, it is common for vegan and vegetarian food options to not be as accessible as we would like)

The room was a good size, and breakfast was lovely and in a really pretty room/outside area. The location was great.

Management chaos! After I finished check-in and checked into the room, I was changing clothes, and suddenly an employee opened my door. I was shocked, but fortunately, she was a woman! She said she didn't know the room was already occupied and the reception didn't notify her. Same thing happened in my friend's room next door! This is really a serious mistake!

Superb

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, taking steps to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast had lots of choice and there was plenty of it, including left over baked goods and ice tea being available for the rest of the day. Bar area was bright and quiet, rooms very comfortable and clean. Lovely powerful shower with choice of rain shower or jet heads.

Mugs and a kettle in the room would have been lovely

Nice hotel, poor service at breakfast

Nice room

Bad breakfast - service was poor: not sufficient space for all guests, no sufficent cups and cutlery, I had to ask the reception both for a chair on day 1, and for cups on day 2. No one was at the bar, and the person at the reception had to start washing the cups, and so on, and that was far from hygenic.
