This place was super close to all transportation and attached to a mall!

The room was very comfortable for our 4 night stay but didn’t have hot water for 2 plus days which was annoying.

The room was clean with a view with Eiffel Tower(top). Some staff weren’t well informed about the room we had. We couldn’t use the kitchen for a few days because we didn’t have the right equipment. Supervisor/technician finally came in to fix the problem.
There is a mall around the corner with IKEA inside! Metro is across street.
Cafes and restaurants are nearby so very convenient area. May be for fitted for a family or well traveled person. It’s not too centralized for Paris and takes about 20-30 minutes train ride to get to all the major attractions.
