Great breakfast, stylish building, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great location for the Metro and the river. Loved the Nuxe hand soap!
A bit more space in the room would be nice, but that’s not a major problem, it was all good.

A normal hotel room with good amenities. Nuxe toiletries, plush towels and robes, good shower. Was offered some chocolate by "the team", nice touch.
Thick comforter made sleeping too hot and no air con.

i chose it for the outdoor balcony area
as it turned out the bistro very close nearby was a lovely friendly option for an end of night drink
location is really not great, unless you're very comfortable nipping on the Metro - it's very handy for that. the staff didn't particularly feel to go out of their way for you. was really quite disappointed we were given the dud room by the lift (we had paid for a better than average room, but instead in the morning you were aware every single time it stopped and started). when I wrote after the first night to flag that up and see if they would help, they were happy to ignore me
