The room was clean, the bathroom is quite big, it was overall comfortable. The location is next to the station, and the value for money is good for Paris!
The room is a bit small but that was not an issue for me. The location is not the best in terms of "safety" even if I didn't experience anything shady, and the owner showed me a safe way.
