    Good hotel with friendly staff and clean spaces. Location is a bit far but near metro and bus lines. Overall we had a great experience.

    be aware of the city tax of 5,53 eur per person per night (got charged 13 eur for 6 person 4 night on this). the location is considered far out from the centre considering its in the 13th arr, metro takes about 45 min to eiffel and 30 min to de lourve. the toilets have a few molds here and there but the staff made your bed everyday.

    The hotel is good for a 3 star, reception staff are helpful. Cleaning staff and I did not get along as she was going on on how i should leave the bathroom in French but my Ai got 90% of it. So i had do not disturb sign until i was done showering and cleaning and flossing my teeth. The room main light did not work and after reporting it cause its a weekend nothing could be done. Bedding had a stain and when told the cleaner - more french. Perfect from the metro about 600m away. Alot of like minded travelers at the same hotel and when you walking in at 2am, so are others. was a great first time time visit to Paris.
