The accommodation is generally fine and very nicely decorated. The heating works well. The beds are very comfortable and the owners were extremely friendly.
The warm water for the shower was used up after very few minutes, and did not last long enough for two persons showering, so getting off the shampoo was an ice-bucket-challenge for the second person. Probably this was a problem of arriving and showering pretty late. The house is close to a railroad track and every hour or so a train passed by that was clearly audible in the main sleeping room due to the single glazing there. This is not a big deal, but if someone is looking for a completely silent place in the mountains, this is something to consider. Some of the plates and cutlery were dirty, but this is rather to blame on some previous guests than the owners. The fuse is very weak, having the oven on, they went out when the fridge went on or a hairdryer was activated. In the dark it can be challenging to find the fuses (the are in the lower level opposite to the bathroom). The owners guided to the place - probably, it would be good to get the coordinates updated on booking.com, to make thinks easier for both travellers and the owners.

Everything else is wonderful. Tiziana is really nice and helpful. The house is beautifully situated with a great view surrounded by tranquility and is very well decorated and equipped.
Directions/ location shown on booking are not correct. You need to talk to Tiziana, or find her in Farmacia Rocco, and she will bring you to the house. So that was a bit confusing for us. Would have given 10/10 but we wasted close to an hour trying to find the place
