It was a great location, close to a lot of things and I was surprised at how quiet at night it was. The laundry was key, though a little tricky to figure out. Overall, it was a great place stay.

I looked for days on the various accommodation websites, about 11 months prior to our Italian holiday - this is the best place for two people without doubt. If you are lucky enough to find it available, just book it.
It’s beautifully renovated, basically new, surrounded by canals. Occasional passing singing gondoliers a bonus. Close to the water bus stop and the main attractions without being overcrowded. We loved it.

This delightful apartment was in a great location. We were able to take the water bus from the airport to the San Zacchario stop and from there it was just a few minute walk (can even avoid bridges if you don’t get turned around). Right in the heart of restaurants and gondola rides and only a few minutes from St Marks. Great interiors to the apartment made returning to our temporary home something to look forward to in between the many things to do in Venice. The host was amazing as well and made sure we felt welcome.
