Location was very good and so was the property

On the top floor got difficult with big bags movement.

I really liked this place! The location is perfect—it is very close to St. Mark's Square and everything you need is just a short walk away. It’s right in the heart of the city.

The apartment is on the fourth floor and has very narrow stairs. If you have heavy luggage, it can be quite difficult to carry it up. However, the view and the location make it absolutely worth the effort!

Location

We were given 1 roll of toilet paper to be used for 3 days and 2 nights for 6 people and 2 bathrooms... When asked if more could be supplied, the response was that it is a basic starter supplies and that we could shop on our own if more is needed.

The apartment is extremely centrally located in Venice, on a small square behind St. Mark's Basilica. The amenities were quite good. The rooms perfect. Communication with the apartment owner, as well as entry into the apartment, were extremely easy and pleasant.

I would be happy to book the apartment again, but a few things need to be changed. There are far too few places to hang towels and other items, especially in the bathrooms. The water in the showers is extremely weak, and it takes a long time to clean yourself. The little water that comes out of the showerhead barely drains, especially, which is very unpleasant. The toilets have a square design, and you're more likely to fall into them than sit on them when using them. I would be happy to come back, but I ask the owners to take these points seriously.
