About this apartment rental
Recently renovated, elegant apartment on the ground floor of a building with a private courtyard overlooking Rio San Severo.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall; a living room with a sofa and dining room; a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and microwave; two bedrooms, one with a single bed and one with a queen-sized bed; and finally, a bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
There is a sofa bed in the house.
The building does not have an elevator.
* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
*Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.
Our guests will have additional amenities such as Free wifi, a washing machine, air conditioning, heating, a television, and a hair dryer.

Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind gut. Wäsche- und Handtuch-Service sehr erfreulich. Einzelbett ist mit rund 80 cm Breite wenig komfortabel.

Me ha gustado su precio y su ubicación.
El mueble de la TV está en mal estado, el sofa cama es muy incomodo, estaría bien poner una cafetera, la entrada al apartamento le faltaria algo de luz en la zona de papeleras,
