I liked that the location was close to the water taxi and a little outside the main area

Very central, amazing location and air con. Clean and tidy. Lovely courtyard and perfect size for our stay
The kettle lid didnt stay down and the kettle leaked. The managers are probably unaware of this. Also the description doesn't explain that one bedroom is open plan in the walkway between the other bedroom and the sitting room. Luckily we were all good friends but I think this should be made more obvious. Also we couldn't find the office for the keys as Google maps hopeless in Venice! We got sent a whatsapp link. Perhaps the managers could always send this to the clients?

Location. Place looks new
Lots of mosquitoes upon initial entry I had to buy Raid spray to kill them, sprayed both rooms and bathrooms due to the bugs. Lack of container for the shampoo and soap inside the showers. Main door hard to open
