Your home in Venice

The location was perfect and the property was perfect for my family of 2 adults and 2 kids. It's easy to communicate with the owner, Nicoletta.

We stayed here for the month of August 2015. The apartment is exactly as pictured. It's located just a minute from Campo Santa Maria Formosa, with access to two grocery stores. Rialto is a 15 minute walk, and the vaporetto at S. Zaccaria is ten minutes. Nicoletta was very welcoming and helpful. (She especially saved the day when we were departing, as my husband realized he had forgotten his beloved hat inside the apartment after we'd already left the keys inside! She was able to walk us through getting access over the phone so that we could still catch our train). The only issue with the apartment is that it gets very little natural light; for short stays this wouldn't be a problem, but as we were there four weeks and my husband was doing work from the apartment it became more apparent. However we would certainly recommend the apartment to anyone we know going to Venice!

The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped, and quiet. The were wonderful nearby restaurants, we were within 10 minutes walking from Piazza San Marco or the Rialto Bridge. There was a laundromat just a few minutes away, as well as a nice fruit and vegetable market. We could not imagine better accommodations for our week in Venice."
