One of the main strengths of this apartment is definitely its awesome location: overlooking a wonderful canal crossroads, it is located in the heart of Venice between the main sights and the waterbus stop that connects Venice directly to the airport, bus/train station and the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello. By choosing this property you will stay in a quiet area, close to all the services you might need and less than 10 minutes walking to SaintMark’s Square and Rialto Bridge. Completely renewed in May 2020.

This bright 60 sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a pleasant residential building overlooking a beautiful canals crossroads. It consists of:

– kitchen with TV and table for 4/6 people
– single or double room (there are 2 single beds)
– double master bedroom with king size double bed
– bathroom with shower, hairdryer, washing machine, wc and bidet
Air conditioning, heating and free wifi are provided all around the apartment and can be set according to guests preference.
LOCATION :
The apartment is located in the district of Castello but both the district of Cannaregio and San Marco are reachable in a couple of minutes on foot: a strategic place to start discover the city!
The area is very quiet and free of tourists especially during the evening, this will ensure a good sleep and a place to rest out of the crowd during the discovery of Venice.
In the neighbourhood famous monuments and some of the most renowned restaurants in the city. The closest supermarket 2 minutes walking from home.
CONNECTIONS :
The apartment is 5 minutes walking from the waterbus stop Fondamente Nove and this makes the location very easy to reach from the airport thanks to the direct waterbus Alilaguna blu line. Public transports to the train station and piazzale Roma (parking lots and bus station) are quick and frequent as well.
From Fondamente Nove you can also easily reach the islands: Murano in 5 minutes, Lido beaches in 20 minutes.
From the apartment, main sights and Biennale are easily reachable on foot or by waterbus.
